  I have been banking with Harborstone Credit Union since 1993. They make it very easy to apply and get fast approval for loans throughout the years. Great customer service, never had any issues. They are also very on top of things with credit card fraud or questionable transactions even.

  I typically utilize the drive thru and am always happy when I see Brittany. She is The Best! She is always friendly and helpful and takes the time to make sure things are done right.

  Miss Sade was the most awesome person to help me arrange a loan after acruing some medical bills. She was professional,courteous and fun . Someone who can make this tedious process easy and fun is an accomplishment in itself. I cannot state highly enough the level of explanation she gave me for all factors as I left feeling completely informed. I have been a Harborstone customer for quite a while now and enjoy every visit I make to Harborstone. Absolutely reccommend visiting and banking with Harborstone due to dedicated folks like Miss Sade.

  I lost my debit card and tried calling to cancel it and the card service department said they no longer work with my credit union. That would have been nice to know! Also there is no branch phone number to call, this is why I will be finding a new credit union.

  Through this pandemic with all banking done at the drive thru, how this staff maintained professionalism and inclusion is beyond me. But they did. They are awesome.

  I really appreciate and recommend sengthay tang here at harborstone credit union, I've been coming here since I was a kid growing up and she is so personable and really goes out of her way to get to know her clients at a personal level even asking how my parents are doing, and really went out of her way to help with all finances, greatly appreciated and highly recommended to do business with them!
