  Kim made applying for our first mortgage and buying a home such an easy and seamless experience. It can be intimidating buying a home, but Kim laid out everything that we needed for pre-approval, broke down costs as we looked at various homes, and started the loan processing quickly when our offer was accepted. She was easy to get a hold of, quickly answered all of our questions, communicated well with us and the other parties involved and had great customer service skills. It was so great to have someone like Kim in our corner who has had years of experience and knowledge in loan rules and regulations.

  Charles, Nicole, and Lacey are awesome! They were always professionals and constantly let us know what was happening with our loan.   Kim was incredible since day one! Home ownership has always been in the plan for "someday", but it seemed so daunting when working towards it on your own. Kim was very informative with her suggestions of what to prioritize in cleaning up my credit, to articulating the difference between each loan type and navigating me through unfamiliar territory.
