Called before we came for a medallion signature. 2 people from the branch said they would have someone available that day. Got there, and they didn't. Not the quality banking expected but may be ok if all you do is want mattress quality money storage.

They aren't bad. My card has been hacked twice in as many years, and their online banking is a joke, but fees are cheap and every branch seems to have a happy and helpful staff.
