  Great customer service, which is very rare these days. They were professional, courteous and was on top of the entire process from start to finish. He let us know each step of the process of refinancing and approximately how long it would take to complete. We had a couple of bumps in the road and he was quick to resolve each issue.   Amazing Job! Everyone was extremely friendly and professional in the Overland Park office. They covered all the loans we were eligible for and after careful consideration decided on an FHA loan. I appreciate how clearly it was outlined and detailed to us. We would work with them again.

  We used Rick for refinancing to take advantage of lower rates. The whole process has been smooth and we were able to close within 30 days. We liked the ease and simplicity of whole application process to the closing process. We researched for lower rates and found best rates with Metropolitan. I would definitely recommend then and will use them in future.
