Ashley Day5I have been a member of CACU for years and it's always been a great experience. I needed help opening a new loan so I stopped in and was quickly helped by Carol McQueen. She did a great job helping me through the process and made sure I was taken care of and satisfied after the loan was finalized. Great customer service!

Bob Johnson1I work late hours at my job, therefore when I want to deposit money late at night (I take home cash every shift), I go to the ATM at this branch location. Every week like clockwork the ATM has some sort of issue going on, whether that is taking my money and me having to resolve it later, or not allowing anything except for withdrawals. A bank exists for me to put my money into it and manage my finances in a timely manner. When you can't keep an ATM up and running as it should be, what am I even using the bank for? This issue is compounded with the fact I've called multiple times requesting to speak to a manager about overdraft fees I was dealing with during the worst times of the COVID pandemic, and being at the behest of our state government that couldn't make payouts at the times they were supposed to and instead gaslit people into thinking a certain date would warrant pay, yet it didn't. Still haven't ever gotten a call back and I gave up. All of this being said, as a bank it shouldn't be out of y'alls ability to fix your ATM or get a new one. It shouldn't matter when you are open or closed, I should be able to put money into my bank whenever it is most convenient for me based on my hours of work. I'll consider changing my review when all these things are rectified.

Jeff Dillon4Terrible customer service, toss my card on the table and was immediately yelled at that I was being rude?! Been banking with them for 10 plus years personally and the last few years with my business. They’ve been promising a better mobile website for years and it’s garbage. They can’t even take care of simple business needs that any other bank can. And I’d definitely watch out for Monica. Had a attitude since the second I walked into the building. Lost a customer of 10 years and I’m telling everyone I know to run for the hills Edit: Anthony, the branch manager had reached out via phone call within an hour of this review posting. Was very professional and apologetic, he had gone above and beyond with my needs, I’m changing my 1 star to a 4 star. However, I’ve already started the ball rolling with going to a different establishment and will continue to do so.

Jacqulin Gracee5I recently opened an account through CACU online. It was very easy to do, and convenient since I had been stuck at home. I really like the app and it’s options for other banking, like online deposits. This branch location is convenient for me. It’s nice sometimes to have a face to face interaction when talking about financial issues. Every time I have stopped in, either inside or in the drive-thru, I have had excellent customer service.

Jackie Dierks1The manager of this facility is one of the most arrogant, rude, incompetent persons in the Community America Family. I highly recommend, if a member of CACU, to avoid this branch unless you want to be subjected to a middle aged pretty boy who lacks manners and the best interests of the customer. Community America should certainly do a better job of choosing those in managerial positions!!!!!

s b1Very bad service on waiting for a loan officer. They use a “virtual” queue which permits you be bumped. I have no reason to follow up in contacting customer service as I am no longer a member. I closed my account based upon this experience. As Community America can not operate a simple and fair queueing system and one that doesn’t not depend on the customer to have technology, I found CU could no longer be trusted to manage my money. Problem solved!

Ease Mac5Nothing but good things to say about this branch. I never met a person, (no matter their position), that had a bad attitude. If you have something to work with, they WILL help you get what you need or want, and they don't waste time trying to 'figure' you out. They tell you what can or can't be done, period. You can also go back and make changes within the allotted time. I'm sure other banks monitor your account transactions, but I've banked elsewhere, and CACU has the best monitoring system I've been under. They are very respectful, caring, and friendly, even when there are issues that need attention from the main office. So, if you're looking for a different bank, give CACU a call. As stated they are all friendly, but I've been dealing mostly with Keith Carter; a good all around person. Lastly, I'm sure other banks have the same things to offer, but I like friendly people, and in a world of selfish pride and self-centered people, goodness in people goes a long way with me and gets my business.

Elle Eff5I love this credit union! I left my old bank because they kept changing their story as far as fees and cards. I have the cash back checking which has rotating local stores and eateries where I can get money back! They also have this account option of getting a higher interest for savings. Definitely recommend to people who are tired of getting jerked around by banks.

He was the most helpful, and enjoyable person I have ever had the pleasure of working with in community America. I felt like he was genuinely interested, and cared about what I was trying to achieve. Abby Nees5I switched to CommunityAmerica after dealing with big banks my whole life. I could not be more thrilled. Their debit card printing in all their buildings is very handy. Their online banking is very easy to use. And you can't beat the profit sharing. I wish I had switched years ago.
