  Luke communicated well throughout our entire loan process. He was very easy to get a hold of if we had questions. After meeting with 2 other lenders, Luke was a Godsend. He beat their rates and terms but most importantly, he showed us what a real lending agent was, and the other lenders didn't even come close to giving us the service that Luke did. We are so thankful that we ended up with him. He made our home buying process something we could enjoy and he made it stress-free! I would 1million percent recommend going through Luke Landau, if you are thinking about buying a home. He is the best!!

  Never experienced anything close to the service. Communication, and loan specifics were outstanding. Luke was available to us and our realtor at any hour and always explained things so well. Loved the 5% down and option to convert to traditional 20% after selling our home. Also interest rate competitive.

  We had a great experience with Julie Strelow at Guardian Mortgage. She was so great in answering all our questions and keeping us updated on the process of purchasing our home. She responded very quickly to us and I would highly recommend both Guardian Mortgage and her in finding a lender!

  Overall process was very easy and involved little work on my end. Fees stated at beginning were what were charged at the end. The time to get the loan (couple months) seems long but I was informed upfront that loans were taking that long to process and kept me informed throughout. Overall great experience and would recommend them to anyone looking to refinance or get an initial mortgage.
