  The manager is a super B! I deposited funds into my account at another branch, intending to use that money to buy a new vehicle. I know the teller and so she didn't put a hold on the funds, so I thought I was good to go. The dealership would've charged 2% fee for using a debit card, so I opted to go to this branch to get a cashier's check. Not only did the manager in charge of overriding say she wouldn't authorize the check, she took it upon herself to then put a hold on the account, so that when I got back to the dealership, my card was declined and my account went negative from other purchases I thought were covered. I had to call for a ride. My night and next morning were ruined. When I went back to my original teller the next morning to apologize for this other woman's behavior, she was aghast that I was treated how I was, apologized on behalf of UMB, released the funds AND gave me the cashier's check. UMB IS STILL A GOOD BANK. BUT DO NOT GO TO THIS BRANCH!!!

  I've been going to this branch for 4 years now and have never had a bad experience. Just ask for Lauren; (hopefully I spelled her name right) She's the bee's knees...and also very kind, helpful and professional...if that's what your looking for.

  I actually wanted to give them a zero but I will just say they deserve no stars. The problem is not with the tellers for me, it's the boneheads over them that sit behind the cubicles. Whenever they make a mistake, they make sure you pay not them. Their service is very crappy. Don't start an account with this bank. You're better off with online banking.

  Billi was either scared of women or he has no customer service skills. No good morning, no have a nice day, and he dang sure didn’t count back my money just sat it on the counter didn’t even wanna give me a pen to sign my check 🙄

  I have been with this bank, and more specifically this location, for a few years now. I have never experienced a single negative encounter.
