  This rating is strictly for Amber. She is the absolute best worker at the crossroads location since Colton left. He is super amazing too. I literally can always count on a good conversation or leaving with positive spirits now that Amber is there. I can't really speak for too many more employees...not really a fan. Ask for Amber!

  The people at the bank are wonderful! Haven't used many of their services yet, but they have been responsive to my questions and flexible with scheduling.

  I personally appreciate the staff. They are always so polite and very helpful. From the first time I heard about Lead Bank and their hometown culture, I wanted to be a part of this. We have four accounts there and are happy how they've worked with us. Got a great pair of socks from my personal banker, Holly, and I love them!

  I left my previous bank specifically to come bank at Lead. The workers at the Crossroads location have always been kind and professional and their lobby is gorgeous. I've even had an opportunity to utilize their co-working spaces pre and post-pandemic. I'd recommend this bank to anyone looking for a friendly, local alternative to the big business banks.

  My husband was really set on using Lead Bank. He loved the staff. And he loved what their values. I'd been using the same bank for years and was nervous about using anyone else. And I have to tell you, they are amazing. I look forward to adding more accounts with them in the future.

  The staff and crew at Lead Bank are some of the most diligent and supportive banking community people I have found in my years of banking! They are quick to respond to phone or email requests. The staff at the Crossroads Branch are always friendly and quick to assist me when I walk into the banking center. Their support of small local businesses and not for profits is something that is unequaled by any other bank in KC. The Lead Bank staff has been available to assist my family and my business during the recent pandemic and have gone above and beyond to answer our questions. We are so grateful for Lead Bank and their staff. They truly make you feel like family from day one.

  Great bank, wonderful employees and everyone is always helpful! They also have space within the bank for their customers to use for business meetings! Highly recommend!

  I wouldn't bank here. Long time customer and they shut down my account for "risky behavior " i.e. sending money to a crypto account. As if loaning out 20 x's the amount of money your bank actually possesses on hand isn't "risky behavior".

  At this time Lead Bank does not allow any cryptocurrency-related activity to be processed through its accounts. Lead Bank continues to evaluate the legal and regulatory landscape of the cryptocurrency space, but at this time it is considered a prohibited activity. We understand that clients may not be aware of this, so we do give a courtesy reminder if any related activity is detected prior to taking any action.
