Brandon Laskowski2I’ve lost count how many times the ATM outside will not allow a cash or check deposit. Here on a Monday 50 minutes after the lobby closed it’s already full? :( Doesn’t seem like full on the weekend like the last person that commented about this issue. It’d be nice if they were open past 5pm too.

The outside ATM at our Crossroads location is typically serviced on Tuesdays, so it was most likely full from the weekend when you visited on Monday evening. Anthony G1Walked into the branch and asked them a very simple question of whether they do new construction loans for residential properties or not. Somehow nobody in the entire Bank knows whether their bank is able to offer this type of loan nor were they will get a hold of anybody that knew that information...

Mehak Sood5The entire team here is amazing, friendly, and very helpful. Love the modern way of banking here! Attached their business concierge banking is also a great feature to this branch. I wouldn’t bank anywhere else downtown but with them, because of their exceptional service!

Tayler Smith2The service is great inside, but if you're expecting a quick ATM cash deposit, the machine never seems to accept it. And there's no drive thru option. Seems kind of silly considering the pandemic situation.

Unfortunately, the machines tend to fill up over the weekend when the branches aren't open inside - that is most likely why you weren't able to deposit cash if you tried today. Marysaurus5I just moved back to KCMO and opened new accounts here. I originally chose a credit union because their philosophy is more in line with my ideas of how business should be done and the lack of ridiculous fees. I can say that my experience exceeded my expectations. Carrie did a great job going over my options and their online banking site is really useful and user friendly. I was amazed to see they offer a holiday savings account too. My old bank eliminated these back in the 90s. I found the branch office far less stuffy than a traditional bank while still feeling completely professional. I would recommend them to anyone looking to change banks or set up new accounts.

Zach Underwood4Great customer service when I was there, however I was expecting follow-up regarding my 401k and never heard from anyone. Update: I was contacted by a financial advisor shortly after posting this and she was very helpful in helping lay out some plans. I am still leaving it at 4 stars due to the original experience.

Michael Mora1Made a cash deposit and the atm excepted the money and seconds later the screen shut off. The whole system rebooted for 12 minutes so I waited btw it was raining while it still had my card and after it did all that there was no sign of my transaction. Now I have to dispute this and prove that I even put money in. 3-5 businessdays they say. Great atm definitely recommend this one smh.
