  Just closed on our house & out of the 3 home buying experiences we have had, this 1 was the most positive. We found them through Dave Ramsey's recommendation & I am so happy we followed through. Working with Joanna Redden was such a positive experience. The process was very streamlined & expedient. I found the website online easy to use & informative as well.

  It was important to us was that we felt like we were people that could realistically achieve a dream rather than a bank banker that tended to just seem like they're just trying to make quota. Joanna and her team never treated me like I was an inconvenience or a wasted any of their time when I had repetitious questions over the months. They helped me overcome obstacles to realistically help to achieve a dream! Definitely recommend them for your housing needs.

  Joanna Redden does a fabulous job for Churchill Mortgage. Every step was completed promptly, questions were answered immediately and the whole process was absolutely pain-free. I was amazed at how easy it was to complete such a complex process and I know that the efforts of Joanna and her team made this possible. Very highly recommended!

  Joanna Redden was pleasant enough to work with during the process, but we found out an hour AFTER our scheduled close time that underwriting had requested our appraiser to add specific comps to our appraisal in order to lower the appraised value the day before we were scheduled to close. Once the appraisal was changed, it lower the appraised value to be below our contracted sales price. The results were that we needed to bring another $5,000 to closing if we wanted to close that day. Churchill offered us a lender credit of $1,550 due to the inconvenience and had no reasonable explanation for their actions. The loan processor told us that their underwriting department tells appraisers how to change appraisals two to three times per week so that their appraisals come in under the contracted sales price. I would definitely NOT recommend Churchill. I contacted Churchill’s complaint department and their response has been that since we were able to close by bringing more money to the table, the matter was resolved. I certainly don’t consider the matter to be resolved. We have a house in the end, but what a terrible experience to have to go through to get there!

  Dave Ramsey referred Churchill for those us of working towards a debt free life. Joanna and the other staff at Churchill did an excellent job at being professional, getting the best rate available and making sure to keep things moving, even through COVID hurdles.Would absolutely use them again and recommend them to anyone looking for a mortgage company. WELL DONE!

  Churchill Mortgage lied to us, misled us, and completely ignored us. They told us four different numbers of what money we would get back on our refinance ranging from $100-$3000 and none of those were correct. We had hidden fees taken out of our cash back that were only discovered when they came from the bank. They didn't send us the correct paperwork (per their IT person) which delayed closing for the 3rd time. This has been an absolute nightmare. STAY AWAY! I wouldn't wish this experience on my enemy.
