  The most disgusting service,which I ever had. Bank worker Oksana was rude and asked really strange questions about who told us to go in this bank,why, who from our friends took credit and didn’t answer on our questions about bank offers. I tried to speak with manager or some main assistant Tatyana. She was very sad that she needs to finish her private conversation and does her job. But finally somebody gave us answers. No offers of another product,which we can have,no more information. It was really like they don’t wanna work and hate people. I asked couple my friends,who already visited this place and they had the same “service”. Terrible,not recommend. And how you can see they answering just on positive reviews🤦🏻‍♀️

  Great bank. The only bank that gave me a car loan short time after I came to the US when my credit history was not built up yet. Absolutely fair terms of crediting. Low fees. I just love this bank. Great customer service. Very polite and client oriented staff. Recommend to everyone!

  I worked with UFCU for the past 6 years and was never disappointed with the service provided. Additionally I would like to recognize Tanya Dashkevich, who provided much needed help and support every time we had a question related to selecting a best fitting product or needed advise with our transaction. I was amazed by her desire to seek a best solution for us and it applies not only to my situation. I know a number of people around me, who state the same thing about Tanya. She takes everything so personal, you feel protected and taken care of. Tanya is the best example of a professional approach in providing financial solutions and even more, she is a great example of morality and kindness in our society.

  I like this credit union a lot. The loan officer is great and I got a home loan with no issues. Also, love using their online banking, easy and simple. I wish they had more locations.

  Free checking account Free savings acct Line of credit - great benefit. It saved me from runing ito negative ballance multiple times without any penalty. RUFCU- Highly recommended!

  Even though I am not Ukrainian, I chose to bank here after hearing about it from a Ukrainian church. It is a very pleasant and trustworthy place where you will find caring people who go out of their way to help you.
