Carlos Castro4My visit here to the ATM drive through was quick and easy plus I really like that the location is on a corner so it makes nice to stop in get your banking done then make your way out without any issues. Overall the location looks great and is doing really well but unfortunately the inside on the entrance always seems to smell of a molded floor like there is some kind of water leak or rain water that collected and never drained or was floor cleaned by a carpet company.. Hopefully this will be repaired soon as mold triggers hive reddish colored cheeks for me.

Kim was professional, upbeat, friendly, and provided accurate services. Other Financial Institutions could learn a lot from this Credit Union location. Thank you Kim Reed!

Kit Kat5Brianna W. Was so helpful with my appointment. She took time to make sure I knew what I was signing and answered any questions I had. I felt like she genuinely cared about helping us, and even though we took a good chunk of time, her courtesy and thoughtful attitude made me feel welcome there. This isnt my normal branch but I honestly felt better here then I do at my normal CU! Thank you for making my experience a great one, Brianna. :)

Sandra Murillo1Worst customer service ever, Dallas Ibarra had an attitude problem,was having a bad time with a bank member then walked over to me and i asked 1 question and she let her stress out on me. very rude & unprofessional. Was thinking about opening a new account there but i wont be doing so now.

Ranada Roberts1Staffing is very unprofessional. Shouted out my mother's banking information trying to embarrass her in front of customers . Even after being asked to lower voice she purposely did it again. Atm machines are very slow , takes a good 7 min to withdrawal cash due to slower/ outdated system. If you are thinking about car loans. Please know if you bank with someone else you can not pay with a debit card. You must write a check. I advise to explore all credit union options before Safe. It's time they get back to basics and cater and treat customers with Dignity and Respect. If you want to be judged, use outdated systems , and have a teller try to embarrass you because of your Race and Financial Status or what they perceive is your financial status, then bank with this company and location. If you work hard for your money and would like a bank to represent that DO NOT BANK HERE

Ryker Varcados1Horrible staff, came in for a withdrawal and got asked about my credit card payments and if I wanted to set up auto payments because it was a day late and I had already posted payment earlier that day. I don’t want to be questioned on my finances when I’m just trying to take out money to pay bills

Aree Barclay1Costumer services was low and some guy kept interfering with the tellers more by interrupting conversations overall very poor costumer services could be better to just have wire transfers online like most banks instead you have to pay a fee to do it inperson and under treated by employees
