  Unlike many banks, the drive-up ATM is clean and the area is maintained. Felt like a safe place for my friend who uses this service.

  Rude Indian lady speaking to me as if I’m an inconvenience to her. Also they are no longer a full service branch you deposit checks yourself in multiple atms inside. She told me I can go to another branch if I don’t want to do it myself.

  Terrible customer service and extremely poor management. I would hope that this is isolated to one location. The staff will ignore you, tell you what you want to hear and not do anything they say they will do. Save the headache go elsewhere, get a Walmart money card for better service and longer hours.

  I went there today to do a transfer of funds from one card to my chase checking account, I am currently unemployed and I feel because of my status I was treated wrongly. The manager of that bank said oh is this a state card., that response made me feel bad as a customer. This is the first time I have ever been unemployed. I will not come into this branch of this bank again. Very dissatisfied

  banking error on computer...paid my Bill's 3-4 times on sames day... 3-4 different amounts this left me in serious debt with NO MONEY FOR 2 MONTHS. IT WAS NOT MY ERROR. BUT BANK DID NOT CLEAR THINGS UP. 2 MONTHS LATER I'M STILL OVERDRAWN IN DEBT AND NO END IN SIGHT. H O R R I B L E COMPUTERIZED BANKING... NEVER AGAIN ATFORST THEY TRIED TO BLAME ME . ON THE SECOND MONTH THEY DIDNT CLEAR THINGS UP. THIS IS HORRIBLE!!! I NEED HELP WITH THEIR LOUSY PROGRAM.

  Nice people that work here but they need to hire a couple more tellers. Always a wait and only one teller that can help everytime I come in.
