      If you are expecting expedient service at a banking branch, please go elsewhere. Every time I try coming here due to the convenience of location, I regret the 30 minute to hour long wait standing in line. A trip that should take 10 minutes is unbearably long every time without fail. Customers have even began yelling at the tellers here for how slow and incompetent service is. Needs new employees and management!

      Used tge atm for 300 at subrise location today and atm said error , didnt recieve cash but was charged wells fargo enployee brianna [ brown hair over weight ] did nothung to help . Now calling cops / sac county sherrif to report the fraud since they refused to help and look at camera just gonna let pd resolve this

      I needed three different services in 3 different occasions from this branch, one was the service fee for my savings account, the second was opening a credit card for my daughter and third was the waving of my mortgage PMI. In all three occasions they gave me false information and told me that they cannot do that for me. I just walked into another branch and boom! They easily did that for me! Very weak management and unprofessional service!

      Opened a personal acct & administrator of estate acct here because my dad, who's estate I'm handling, banked here also. They have been pretty good w my needs for the most part, but then again, I was getting a decent life insurance payout check deposited. I've noticed that most of the tellers, need some serious customer service education. The staff that is @the desks are where the actual quality customer service comes from. (I think they rotate customer service manager on a daily basis, the person that gets called to tellers for auth & person who may be standing in lobby greeting you & offering waters)

      Awful customer service and they without a reason closed my business account without calling me after I had it since 2004. They kept promising to fix. Spent over 2 weeks trying to re-open it and ignorant manager called me only to argue about how much time it took them and kept saying they are trying to resolve but could not give an ETA or any assurance. Only time and nerve waste at this branch. I will open account at another branch or possibly even another bank as very mad at WF unprofessional manners. I wanted to post more details about the situation but there is character here. This is ridiculous branch with ridiculous bankers/staff. Don't go here then maybe they will close or change out the staff to someone who does want to work and take care of clients with senior/long-time accounts.

      Usually a very short wait. They have safety deposit boxes. There seem always have more employees than customers. The interior is outdated and could use an upgrade. Was over 100 degrees today but the A/C was nice and cool 😎

      I have been a customer since 2002, and I have a fairly significant balance and I went into this Wells Fargo and asked for some temporary checks. I was told by a teller that it would be $3 to which I said that I had received them free at the greenhaven (pocket area) branch and why is there a charge now? He said they may have done it as a 1 time courtesy but he couldn't do it. I said it is only a one time courtesy if that is what I was told but that was never told to me. I asked to speak with a supervisor and he said I am a supervisor to which I said "no I want to speak with a supervisor not a lead teller"...he went to speak to a supervisor and returned saying they said "no"....I than reiterated that I wanted to "SPEAK" to a supervisor not have a message passed on...finally they had me speak with Amy Hickey (formerly Amy Medina) the service manager to which she reiterated that they wouldn't be able to waive the fee (now its principle) I said so you are willing to have me close my account over $3? She said" that's not what I am saying" but yet it is....I worked in banking for 13 years 5 of which was with Wells Fargo(4 in the call center, 1 in a branch and I was tough with fees also however I also looked at the customer relationship..which she did not ) so I understand her saying that she can't waive a fee if I had previous waived fees (which I have had none in years) or I was asking for free "boxes" of checks, but no I just wanted 3 temp checks...Her customer service skills were less than stellar, there wasn't even any "my customer skills" used...I certainly understand how you feel or I certainly understand your frustration, let me see what we can do...nope just reiterated, "sorry they can't be waived you had one time courtesy" ( if it was a "one time" courtesy I was never told there was a fee and I never asked for them to waive it)...so I will close my account and go to a credit union bc it is member owned and yes they do not charge for temp checks....GOODBYE Wells Fargo and you can thank your "service" Manager Amy Hickey for giving me the push I needed to close my account...what's sad is I learned my "my customer" skills from my time working for Wells but I guess they don't teach that anymore....SMH

      Walked in and was greeted by a nice employee who stood with the customers waiting in line. Was even offered a complimentary bottle of water and some candy while I waited. The building appeared clean and kempt inside and the employees were also well put together and dressed nice. Definitely a nice place to conduct your business if you are a member of Wells Fargo.
