  I called the BA branch to try to get help with an issue I was having with my debit card & got nowhere. They were RUDE & were not helpful at all. So I called the downtown Tulsa branch & spoke to Shelly. She was AMAZING! She figured out the issue & resolved it fast! She was also very friendly & fun to talk to. From now on I’m calling this branch if I ever need to. A+

  We have been banking with Western Sun for over 30 years and our banking experience always exceeds expectations. Recently Walmart hit our account with over $700 in fraudulent charges and Shelley Boswell, Downtown location, was on the problem within minutes beginning the needed paperwork and keeping me on the line while reassuring me she was dedicated to resolve the charges. Western Sun continues to make banking personal in this ever growing world of automation and apps. Thank you, Shelley!! Thank you, Western Sun!

  I have been using Western Sun for my auto loans for 7 years. They’re incredible! But the focus should be on the downtown branch. This is by far the best branch. First of all, they actually answer the phone. They’re friendly, helpful, and go above and beyond what most banks are willing to do. It feels like I’m dealing with family. For being in a big city, it has that small town kind of feel where customers are appreciated and not just a number. I’ve been pressured by other lenders to get a loan elsewhere, but I value the experience at WS so much that I would never switch. Shelley and Phil have helped me often and are incredibly kind. But honestly anybody here is top notch. Give them a try!

  I can't say enough great things about this place. I am so thankful a friend recommended I go here for an auto loan. Phil in the loan department was absolutely amazing! I have never in my life been treated so well by a lender. He got me great rates and I was able to get 2 vehicles as well as refinance a current vehicle with them as well for a much lower rate. I don't plan on ever going through anyone else.

  Western Sun Federal Credit Union is simply the best and solid financial institution. From the moment I walked into their offices downtown, Tulsa (excellent customer service) to the moment of the loan approval in the managers office. Their team is cohesive, welcoming and very effective. Yessenia and Troy literally took me by my hand and walked me through the car loan process in a way that no other financial institution can do at this point in time. Thank you WSFCU!!

  Shelly in the downtown office is a rock star ! So helpful and professional. Don't even consider speaking to the okmulgee branch. They are rude and refuse to help you! If it wasn't for Shelly I would never do business with this company again. But she has earned Western Sun a customer for life!

  WSFCU downtown branch has the best customer service. I called BA branch for an expired debit card and after about 30 minutes waiting , nothing was done and I was transferred to a third person which his/ her was not at their desk. It only took downtown branch less than 5 minutes to get me all the information I needed and to get what I requested done . Thank you so very much .

  I recently needed some help from the downtown branch when a payoff a dealership sent for my auto loan was short. Karissa reached out to me notifying me of the issue and contacted and worked with the dealership directly to correct the problem and get the balance paid in full immediately. The extra effort on her part to take care of a member was beyond my expectations. I love doing business with this credit union. Thank you Karissa for taking such good care of me!

  Phil K. at the Downtown branch assisted my brother with a vehicle purchase, shortly after with a purchase for my nephew and I personally switched from Red Crown over to Western Sun, because of the quick, prompt and outstanding customer service from this man. His kindness is greatly appreciated. He will soon have our entire family of business! Excellent customer service, above and beyond. Extremely easy to work with! Thank you!
