  OECU's auto loan procedures have been consistently easy for me. Miss Sampson who was my loan processor is not only knowledgeable and experienced she also patiently answered questions and was kind throughout the process. I applaud her and OECU in general.

  I had a pleasant experience during the loan process. I was dreading the whole loan application and the process because I had not bought a vehicle in 18 years. To my surprise it was very pleasant and Melissa was great to work with. She kept me informed through the loan process and was very helpful with any questions.

  This by far is the BEST credit union I have ever dealt with. I recently had to renew a loan , I they made it so easy and was so nice. I highly recommend OECU to anyone for financing and banking. Zack Skeeter is super nice and amazing !

  I talked to Melissa and she was so great and helpful we ran through several cars and trucks in my preapproved price range and we found one. After it was all done she even sent out a small note thanking me for my business. I like the fact that you can make your loan payments in the app

  I opened account for my dad to prepare for his moving in with us. I began that process with Brian, who was very kind and helpful. When I returned with my dad to finish the paperwork, we worked with the branch manager. She was so helpful, answered all dad's questions and mine and we are very pleased we chose OECU to trust with my dad's money.

  I’ve been with this credit union for 24 years. I would not even THINK about banking elsewhere. I’ve financed a home and too many autos to mention (don’t judge). OKCU has gone out of their way to cater to my needs. They make everything fast, easy and convenient. I would HIGHLY recommend them for anyone tired of the banks who don’t seem to care about you.

  OKCU (Chris Codding) did a flawless job on our home loan. They walked us through every step of the process and made sure we had everything we needed to close promptly and without a hiccup. We shopped around for rates and found OKCU to be the best. With local, high quality service, we will definitely use them again for future banking needs.

  Always a pleasant and positive experience with everyone; finance is absolutely fantastic, makes getting a loan easy with no hassles or hidden fees, able to sign documents via online which is very convenient. The loan rates are very competitive and I would definitely recommend. Thanks Destiny....fist pump to you!!!

  I did NOT have a good experience on this day with the Oklahoma City Lincoln Branch. Prior to my arrival I had contact with Jordan who was nice, pleasant and helpful. He reassured me that what I was looking to do (which was open a "doing business as" checking account for a sports organization ) would be simple and quick especially due to the fact that I ALREADY HAVE THE SAME TYPE OF ACCOUNT for a separate organization. When I arrived Jordan was unavailable so Angela helped me. After being given the runaround for SEVERAL DAYS and told I needed to open this specific account that me and my Caucasian boss didn't need to open the existing account, I returned with those list of things completed. I was sent to three different people who had no clue (one being a manager) how to help me only to work with Angela again. I wasn't dolled up the 2nd time I went in because I was out running errands prior to. I felt Angela was cold, rude and unapologetic. She mentioned very " matter of factly" that their would be a credit check as if I would run out of the office because of that and proceeded to then drill me about things on my credit. By that time I am pissed because I KNOW for a fact that while my Caucasian boss did this very same thing she did not receive this treatment, because I was with her. A week later a colleague who holds the same position that I do in a different sports organization went in and did the EXACT thing I was requesting to do and she was not treated the way that I was. She completed her task within an hour. I am appalled and think that the staff here could use diversity and cultural training because the snobbish discriminatory behavior was very unprofessional and offensive!
