      I have been banking here for about three years and need to acknowledge Nayeli and Krystal for how wonderful and beautiful these ladies are. They love there job and exactly what they do . There for they love all the ppl they encounter. I love the love and peace from UFCU and especially these ladies.       Poor customer experience, drive through teller had a bad attitude and caused more problems than she fixed. Manager was unapologetic, and worried more about having the last word, then talking about her truck she was going to pickup with other co-workers rather than maintaining professionalism and focusing on the customer during a poor customer experience recovery situation. Next time this happens I’ll be withdrawing my money and taking my business to an establishment that appreciates their customers more, real simple. Y’all have a blessed day Ben White UFCU.

      I needed cash like with about 10 ones and the rest in 20s and the rep. was very attentive to my needs I didn't know how to work the ATM it was so advanced she helped I was so embarrassed but she was very compassionate and caring.

      “Courtesy pay” Service that charges an extra $40 you don’t have to put your account in the negative . It seems they pick and choose when this feature is to be used. I was told my courtesy balance was -$400. I am no where close to that number attempted to use my card and it declines after I was told by your customer service representative and when I attempt to call y’all have to go through prompt that literally took 5 minutes before it said it was closed and cannot assist. What’s the purpose of this service if y’all pick when it works and waste your customer time. I also attempted to get a loan and was denied even though I was in good standings. Once my account balances out at zero Monday closing all of my accounts.
