Patricia Stark1This banking institution needs to model their customer service by Chase Banking standards. No live person answering phone which makes it impossible to talk to a banking rep. When entering bank no greete Bank manager openly discussed my clients personal banking business out in the public lobby whereas 10+ banking customers were privy to said conversation. The manager should have shown my client to her office, conducting business professionally and privately. When I spoke to said manager, explaining what needed to be conducted said manager proceeded to be argumentative. Then said manager resumed to state to me that she should be treated with more respect and professionally. That she did not appreciate me not my client. All manager was asked to do was make to rather large deposits into BofA accounts to pay off 2 loans and provide 2 receipts. Manager should never discuss customer's personal business in open public! No exception.

James Williams1My bank is out of town, got a check written on BOA. Came here to cash the check, was told I had to meet with a banker to verify the 150 dollar check before they would cash it, it's been quite some time already and I've not met with a banker yet. This is a tactic to either inconvenience me into going elsewhere, or open an account with them. Not interested.

Tonita Thompson2This is my new bank and the personal bankers are great however the tellers could be more friendly and not so short. I had another transaction I had wanted to do but she was so short with me that I didn't even bother.

Brittany McCarty1Starting with the good: the woman I spoke with at the counter was professional and very kind even though I was obviously annoyed. You rock lady❤️ The one star is for the fact that I spent over an hour trying to call this place with no option for holding or a message. I drive up there and realize the front phones don’t even ring, even though I see them lighting up with calls. All I wanna do is ask if my coins need to be rolled before depositing them (most of my friends banks simply send them off for counting at no charge). I’m informed they do (which is lame but not a big deal) but then they say they can only give me a handful of paper rolls and I will need to buy the rest?? Like I already did all the work and you can’t provide me with paper rolls that cost you probably 1/2 a cent..., esp when I’ve been a loyal customer for over 10 years? Whole thing was a waste of time and stupid. Update: the Bank of America off 290 near Monterey oaks blvd answered on the first ring and said I can have as many free rolls as I want ! 5 stars for them ! ❤️

E.S. "Lee" Ramos, Jr.1Terrible customer service. Bank manager doesn't even have the courtesy nor decency to come out from behind 'the wall' to speak with bank customers specifically asking to visit with a manager about a problem.

Marie Smith1As usual, rushed to get to the bank before 4 pm (who closes at 4 pm on Friday)!? Got there two minutes early - "we close at 4", "but it is not 4 yet", "doesn't matter, we've closed". Geez I hate BOA! That on top of the fact they have closed most of their drive-thru's in Austin.

Myla Pope1Absolutely terrible service here. It’s 12:30 on a Saturday with three tellers open. Please schedule more tellers on a day that you guys close early and have higher than normal volume. I am glad I no longer bank with you guys. I’m only here to cash a check and the tellers seem inept at that basic banking task. On top of that I’m not comfortable in this bank at all, unprofessional all around.

Scott Noel1One freaking teller working wall up. 8 people in line took for ever to cash a check. Won't ever open an account with them.
