  We recently completed a refinance with Patrick Davis. Patrick always did a great job of keeping in good communication with us throughout, letting us know promptly when items were needed and checking in with us to provide status updates regularly during the more tedious times. From the beginning, Patrick was extremely thorough in providing us a comparative analysis of available options and really took the time to consider our long term goals when making recommendations. He quickly and thoughtfully responded to any of our questions or concerns along the way, even after closing, always with a calm and friendly approach.   I could not recommend Patrick enough. He was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process, always being patient with all my questions, and polite always. He went above and beyond to make the process easy for me, including contacting my lawyer in order to make things happen faster. He was helpful with the little things as well, which I appreciate greatly as someone who had to navigate the whole process mostly alone. I would not have been able to do this without him.

  Patrick Davis with U.S. Bank is the BEST!! This is our 3rd home purchase and it has been by far the best experience we have had with any lender. I specifically appreciated that Patrick was very knowledgeable about specialized Jumbo programs other lenders knew nothing about. We did a price comparison with two other lenders and the others couldn't compete with Patrick's pricing, let alone his knowledge base. Patrick explained all of our options clearly as well as the benefits and drawbacks of each, which really allowed us to make an informed decision. He has been extremely diligent about updating us on the somewhat complicated home buying process. He's quick about making himself available and to top it off, he's cool and fun! We can't recommend him enough.

  Patrick kept us updated throughout the whole loan process and made sure our questions were answered.   Fast, efficient and thorough! Patrick previously completed a refinance for our family, and we recently completed our second transaction on a new home purchase. In this market, pre-approval and ability to close quickly are paramount. Patrick was instrumental in helping us identify our budget and conducting all the pre-work so that we could bid and win on our new home. Our new home is in a hot market and received 16 offers on the first day. One of their main requirements was a fast close, and we were able to secure our new home from offer to close in 29 days. One of the strengths of our offer was that we had completed all of the pre-work and documentation so that our offer stood up to buyer scrutiny. We were also able to secure an appraisal faster than our local realtor due to US Bank's national network. I can't recommend Patrick and his team enough to anyone considering a refinance or new home purchase.
