Bibi Bach MD1No one answers the phone at this bank and they do not return emails. There is no way to get hold of them except going to the bank and often need to wait a while. The previous bank in Vail was good. They always answered the emails and phone promptly. There was excellent customer service in Vail. This is terrible service here in Avon, CO

Brad Kreuz1I’ve tried calling 3-5 times per day for the last few weeks while they had only “scheduled office hours only”. I still haven’t gotten an answer. The phone number they advertise on line is not the same as the one on the door. I’ve been on hold for 45 minutes with the main number because I need to send a wire transfer and though their website claims that I can do it there, the directions on the site don’t correlate with what’s actually on the site. Worst bank I’ve ever used. It’s been a struggle at every step since I opened the account. To their credit, once I finally got in, the staff was very friendly and helpful

Christopher Davis1This branch makes you want to go to in dentist instead. Waiting for over two hours to wire money. As soon as I move I am getting rid of US Bank as if they were lice. Cynthia is the slowest most inept bank employee I ever seen. Two hours to wire funds, Edwards has no one that can wire. So everyone be prepared for long, long waits.
