  Patrick is a teacher, he wants his clients to understand the key details of their loan options, he is an advocate, he helped us shop for lower rates, and cheaper Title insurance, and he’s a great guy to talk to. We shopped around and his was also consistently the lowest rate. He’s the perfect lender as far as I can tell. I’ve recommended him to my close friends.   Patrick was hands down the best person for the job. My parents have been working with him for 30 years and now I understand why they spoke so highly of him. As a first time home buyer, we had no idea what we were doing and he helped us every step of the way. He made the process so much easier. He was always available to us and answered all of our questions in a timely manner. I wouldn’t trust anyone else the next time I buy a home.

  Patrick did a phenomenal job helping my husband and I purchase our home in an extremely difficult sellers market. First of all, it was a holiday and Patrick was available immediately to talk and had my preapproved letter ready for me within hours after I sent him all the info (ie: I spoke with him I believe on a Friday and had the letter ready that Saturday when I went to see the house). We put an offer on the house that day and there were multiple offers on the home. Patrick was able to process all the paperwork I sent him and we had the mortgage 99% done that weekend while we went into a bidding war to get the home and Patrick was able to state our application was basically almost complete. He was absolutely outstanding and I highly recommend him. We seriously would not have our current dream home if he had not helped us. Additionally, he had the best rate/down payment deal by far. I cannot recommend him enough!
