      Absolute worst customer service. I own a business and have a ton of funds in this institution; they make a great deal of money off of my business. Their was an error in our account arrangement and their management team informed me they would take care of it. They then had a change in management and never took the charges off the account. I was charged over $1400. DO NOT do business at this establishment; completely unethical.

      I have always been treated with the utmost respect. Advice from management has always been selfless. They have helped my daughter navigate car loan offers without trying to sell her their own wares. They have always tried to go and extra mile to help us.

      I had called ahead of time yesterday about a direct deposit issue. I needed a letter from the bank to my employer. When I called over the phone it was fine but once I got to the branch, they were unwilling to help. Nothing, the one that was answering the questions couldn’t even give me eye contact. Waste of my time

      I’m about to move my money to a credit union. I applied for an auto refinance here and got turned down. I have accounts here with over $10,000 in savings. So much for helping their members out 👎🏼

      They don't care about their customers. They refuse to be flexible and cater to customer needs. They expect customers to adjust to their ways.

      Atm has been out of money for weeks.
