U.S. Bank Branch Reviews

Bryson Green5I can't speak for the other employees, somehow, whenever I go in or when I call, I am working with Pam. Pam has been great, every question or issue I have, she has a solution for, she is pleasant to deal with and great with getting me what I need!

Heather Chapman1I was with my elder client today and the rude teller told us that she needed to come into the lobby to transfer money from one account to another account. I let the teller know that she also had surgery on her hand. It was only then that she did what my client asked. She said that it would take too long and that she would have to go all the way to use the machine to transfer the money. Very Frustrating.
Response from the ownerGood morning, Heather. Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. I am apologize this was the experience you had. Laurel Ure Salyer1Absolutely the worst bank ever. If you expect them to protect your money, your sadly mistaken!!

Thelesa Mellon1Just left the drive thru. Wanted to cash our stimulus check. We both endorsed it and the clerk refused to cash it without my husband present! Seriously? She had my id and debit card. We have had a joint account for 20+ years ,and he had it years previous to that. I can assure you that if he did not trust me to handle it at my discretion he would not have endorsed it! Way more than enough funds to cover the check in the account. I am very very tempted to move our decades long account to a bank that has some trained clerks with just a tiny bit of customer service skills. It has been many years since there has been one there. I am pretty sure if I had taken the check to ICCU they would have politely cashed it fir me@

Dale Carey1Seriously disappointed. Your atm was down no biggie I can go inside. I go up to the teller tell him I need to take 20 bucks out of my account. He looks at me and pretty much rolls his eyes at me because I don't have a withdrawal slip made out, and believe it or not I'm the only one who can use words. It was his look not his words that told me I needed a withdrawal slip. Well excuse me mister, I guess speaking or being friendly wasnt part of your training. I usually bank at the US Bank on Fairview and Cole and although it is not convient to where I live that is definetly where I will do my business. They are always nice there! They go out of there way for you there and that would be why I hadn't filled out a withdrawal slip. To look at someone like they are stupid and roll your eyes is ridiculous. Seriously rethinking having my account here. I am so disappointed! Pretty sure the lady sitting at her desk tried to recoup the situation and was nice as I was leaving but I have to tell you the teller was so rude it was just to late for nice. I think your rating could be raised at this bank simply by smiling and using words instead of looks! Food for thought I don't have to bank here I choose to.

AHMAD Naser1I went to drive through to deposit my money i gave the lady at the second window $600.00 with 43.75 checks to deposit. When she deposited my money with the checks i left and i drove for three miles when i checked my account she was deposited 1245.75 instead of 643.74 I went back to the bank i told her i think you made a mistake and deposited $600.00 extra in my account. She took my ID and Debt Card and kept me in there for 20 minutes at the meantime she was helping other customers finally she told me she needs to go through all transactions then she will find out what is going on I told her i have to go and you can check your drawer if there was any mistakes then fix it She said ok in rude mood. I was so sad for my honesty. Even she didn't thank me for saving her $600.00 I felt so bad for coming back. THEY NEED TO GET TRAINING TO LEARN HOW TO DO CUSTOMER SERVICE .

Nikki P1They don't call you back at all, even when they say they will. They don't open at the time the hours are, they open late even if its a min or more. Have people that like to apply for credit cards for you like the crap Wells Fargo was doing to people. Don't wast your time banking here. People are not well trained and don't know how to do their job.

Chris O'Bleness2It is hard working with the public, but teller was rude over simple request. I will stick to the other branches.

Jim Daniels2I used to be able to talk to employees and sort out problems affecting my accounts. Not anymore. Staff are unhelpful when it comes to account fees, overdraft problems, and even cashing a money order issued by another bank. Between business and personal I have 9 accounts with US Bank. Next month I will be closing them and moving to another bank.
Response from the ownerHello Jim, We are so sorry to hear you had a less than satisfactory experience during your recent visit to your local branch. If you would like to speak with a customer care representative you are welcome to do so by calling 1.800.USBANKS. Kind regards, The U.S. Bank Social Media Team

jess lea1Nice to see I'm not the only one who thinks the customer service at this branch is SEVERELY lacking. Alex, one of the female bankers, has no idea what customer service means. Sorry that I asked you to do your job today, Alex, next time you should wipe the smug smirk off of your face and remember that you work at a bank. You are not in a position of any real importance.
