      Not a big fan of understaffed businesses that use the excuse “No one wants to work”. Of course no one wants to work part time for little pay with no benefits while other employers are offering so much more. Pay and respect your employees better or watch your business lose to competitors!

      Legitimately disappointed. All I wanted to is open a checking account and the bank teller said no because they were going to close in one hour and it was only her and another bank teller working. There was absolutely none one waiting in line and it was jus me.

      I never write reviews but I've been a US bank customer for almost 20 years now and this is bar none the worst branch I have ever visited, so bad that I usually drive out of my way to go to a different branch when I have time. Understaffed, incredibly slow, the tellers & manager especially are SO freaking rude, and there's like a 50% chance you're not even gonna accomplish what you need to here because they seem unable or unwilling to perform the basic functions of a bank. Just awful.

      Their manager is the worst and needs to be fire immediately. It’s disappointing to know US Bank would have a person like her representing them. Never had a problem with the company , until I called and talked with this branch.

      All teller is so rude. Looks like don't wanted work. This branch should closed. I decide to close my business account with US Bank. Even After 15 minute left from the bank, I still feel so upset about the teller.

      Hands down the worst bank I've ever done business with. I came in on a Thursday afternoon to conduct a wire transfer and they said their rules suddenly changed- I had to come back the next morning for them to even accept a transfer request. I came back the next morning to process the transfer- they PROMISED me that the transfer would occur by end of day, and it did not. When I called the branch this morning, they honestly didn't seem to care at all. Their negligence is causing me a lost business account now. I'm pulling my U.S. Bank account after the holiday. I don't know how this bank is still in existence- their bankers need to be trained better. Stay away from them if you can.

      FYI: This bank does not offer notary services for documents not directly related to US Bank. If you were looking for a bank that does go elsewhere such as Wells Fargo, Bank of America, or Chase.

      This branch their customer service it’s the worst the Manager Stella there was not welcoming and really rude she was arguing why I was depositing my money inside the branch. What I can’t deposit inside or why is she rude ?

      Ask for help with account with no help at all.. very unprofessional makes me feel like they don't value me as a customer.told them ima close my account they tell me thats fine. Assistants manger didn't make things better

      Very bad experience with the manager and the staff. They dont care your concern they even say we cannot do anything with your concern instead of helping you to solve the problem. Worse staff ever especially the manager un professional.
