Adam Rose-Levy1Really disappointed with this branch. I recently opened a business account and attempted to deposit a check, only to be informed that there would be a 7 business day hold on receiving the funds, as they had to verify the check and the account was new. According to corporate Wells Fargo, branches have the authority to override this hold and expedite the verification, but this branch refused to do so. Poor customer service, rude teller. Frustrating as I will now have to pay out of pocket on an upcoming project as I wait for these funds to clear. Go elsewhere.
Response from the ownerHello, Adam. I can understand why you're frustrated about the hold on your deposit. To ensure I can forward your concerns to the appropriate team, please mention your review and Google username in an email to [email protected] (no account numbers). Thank you for your feedback on this location. -Shannon, Wells Fargo HL Social

Alex Lexva1I have boost mobile service, and I have my debit card from this bank connected to my cellphone service During this covid, I was $35 dollars short , the bank paid boost mobile to forced me to pay this bank an extra $35 fee. This is how the bank is helping people during this time of crisis. Just imagine how the handle thier business on the regular basis.

Jacob Reed2This is a terrible branch. I had my identity stolen and not only were they unhelpful, they were downright rude. I very nearly closed all my accounts with Wells Fargo, but then I just started going to other branches, all of which have given me excellent customer service. I'll never go here again if I can help it.

Irina Estyunina1Drive through ATM took my money and couldn’t finish the deposit for some reason. The best part - it DID NOT RETURN MY MONEY. Now I have to call multiple numbers and wait up to 10 days to get them back. Wtf Wells Fargo?

Sue Chae1My school has been fundraising for villages in Africa with very little access to clean water. Most of our students come from low-income families so we held a Penny War to collect change. In order to raise more money, some of the staff members went and bought a box of pennies ($25) from their banks to contribute to the cause. All the loose coins were exchanged for cash through Coin Star, but I wanted to deposit the rolled coins because to my knowledge rolled coins can be deposited to my account at my bank for free (Coin Star charges a percentage). So I stopped by this Wells Fargo location for the first time and had the absolute worst experience. The security guard, the tellers, the greeter were very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, one of the two female branch managers (the Middle Eastern? one: Marina?) was...DISGUSTING. She basically interrogated me about where I got the coins (as if I stole them?), why I'm at her branch, if this were a one time thing or if I planned to come back, and so forth. She did this in front of her staff and other customers. I was red in the face because I was so embarrassed. Then she kept telling me her vault was full and she didn't need these pennies. Then she told me that since I didn't have a merchant account, I can't exchange coins-not even rolled ones- for cash. I told her I called the main line in advance to ask if I can bring in coins and she told me that the people who answer the calls don't work in a bank so they pretty much don't know what they're talking about. I've been a Wells Fargo customer for almost 20 years now. I love Wells Fargo. Unfortunately, this woman is a poor representation of such a fine institution. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU DON'T GO TO THIS BRANCH. This is the one by Vermont & Sunset.

Medical Questions1Did not want to give me a promotion because the advertisement wasn't mailed to my name. Wells Fargo just lost a new account and a new member. I changed my mind about opening.

Gabriel Salazar1This is my go to branch, but lately it seems that presentation is no longer necessary. The floors were ridiculously filty today. Wished I could upload a photo.

Please send an email to [email protected] with some additional details about your visit (no account numbers), and I’ll do my best to address your concerns.
