  A+ group of individuals. All super professional, responsive, knowledgeable, courteous, patient, and passionate. I work in the film industry and many lines of revenue - but to a lender this was not something they wanted to see. Hillhurst knew it could be an uphill battle getting our mortgage secured - they were diligent and determined. I always felt supported and encouraged by them throughout this arduous, drawn out process. Eventually we prevailed with a new mortgage in hand- and the even though the process dragged on for months (no fault of Hillhurst), we were able to keep the rate locked in before the fed rate started spiking. I've done two mortgages with Hillhurst- a conventional + HELOC and more recently a Jumbo. These guys are so good. So diligent and hardworking. You truly need not look anywhere else.

  Hillhurst Mortgage did what no other broker / lender was able to do for my husband and me! We both have untraditional incomes and don't show very much on our W-2. They were able to find a lender who approved us for 10% down with a bank statement loan. The whole process was painless and the Hillhurst team was wonderfully responsive and strategic. Couldn't have been happier with our experience and will definitely work with them again on the next house!

  The entire team at Hillhurst Mortgage has been such a pleasure to work with - I would highly recommend them! Trying to close on a house during a global pandemic brought its own unique set of challenging hurdles and they were all really helpful, knowledgable, and encouraging - and were able to get it done! The refinancing process was also handled easily and efficiently and it's a relief knowing you have a great team of people working with you to get you the best rates and opportunity.

  I worked with Jennifer Stears at Hillhurst on my first loan a few year back, and I worked with Jenn again to refinance my loan. Jenn and Jessica's team is amazing. Jenn is extremely professional, with a very prompt communication. Jenn did not try to paint pretty or alluring visions, instead she worked extremely hard to find me the best rate at the lowest fees possible; she truly watches the market like a hawk, and lock the rate for me when the time is right to minimize the fees. Along the way, if there was any question, Jenn answered within an hours or so, that definitely helped me seat comfortably in the back through the entire process, and I did have a lot of questions. I had engaged with three other brokers before and came back to Jenn after all because of her professionalism, transparency and honesty.
