Blanca V.1Poor customer service service I was there last week and it was a big line and the lady was helping out just left and then a young man took her place and sat down and star to talk to the next teller fixing his collar shirt bottom up his shirt keep talking to next teller while he was helping out a customer and he still fixings and rolling up his shirt and after all that like 5 to 8 minutes then he called the next customer and really really wanted to leave at the moment but I need to make my business transaction I stayed and I really want to close my account and I will do it I think they need to be more professional with customer service.

Shelby Grochowski1Every time i go to this branch it is a problem and i am sick of it. Parking attendants wouldn’t not let me park on 3/21 in the lot at 12:00 pm even though i am a customer of the bank. On other visits employees have had pizza boxes in customer areas, the line to withdraw a roll of quarters always takes 30+ minutes. The security guards are also extremely rude. Avoid this branch if you can because if you’re lucky enough to get service you’ll be waiting an abnormally long time. Garbage people. Update the entire bank is closed 3/21 it’s not a holiday or anything just won’t let anyone in. Really? I can’t even access my money now?

Angel Martinez1The ATMs at Chase banks now open at 8 am. Very inconvenient when you’re trying to deposit, or withdraw money before work. How does this inconvenience make any sense?!

Tasia M3HOLLYWOOD & VERMONT location: The lobby does not open early anymore and so customers cannot do their banking at the ATM until 9am in the morning. Chase can't afford to pay security guard to come to work early. It is a shame that in a city of working class people that we are not able to use the ATM before 9am. We should have access to ATM at any time.

Sofia Goldberg3Most of employees there are friendly and professional but one aged female is always angry on me and does all to avoid help me when I come to solve problems with online banking scams. And even if bank offer free coffee to customers, there often no coffee at this branch!

Dale Walker1I just called this location regarding a deposit I made this weekend and potentially leaving my card inside the machine since I wasn't able to find my card and I'm looking in all directions. The guy on the other end tells me that if my card was left overnight, they would shred them in the morning. Also that they wouldn't even be able to tell whether or not it was indeed left in the machine because it would have been shred immediately. How stupid is that? Ok to protect my account... I get that part, but you don't even log the freaking names to let YOUR clients know that their card has been shred? Very poor customer service indeed!

Jill V5I recently had a series of checks stolen & they stopped payment on them for no charge because of the theft. Then I went into this branch because I was having a problem (it was my problem but didn't know it at the time). Nonetheless, I spoke with Josh at the "sign in" area. He listened to me & directed me to Daniela Munguia. This lady is on top if her game. She showed me the error of my ways & voila, the problem was fixed. I now know how to handle this in the future should it happen again. I was in & out of there within 15 at the very most. I showed up early & their doors were open ready to serve their customers. Thank you for the customer service Daniela. Thank you Josh for being effective & getting me to the right person.

Robert Shumway2I have only met one worker here who is sufficient in job duties and with excellent customer service skills, Jennifer. The remaining employee's are your standard robots with a lot in common with a bag of rocks, useless...

marissa pierce5Awesome staff and customer service. I love the fact that if I need to use the ATM after hours I can use my ATM card to get inside by swiping my card in the card reader next to the door.
