Derek Wachter1I'm sad to give this branch 1 star but they have let me down so much in the past 6 months! They took forever to remodel their branch and the service through the drive through was pretty horrible. First of all you can't hear them through the speakers and to do a simple deposit it took over 15 minutes. After they opened their lobby, I went in to do a business deposit and get change for my business, something my business has done for 23+ years, and they told me I was only able to do business deposits via the night drop. Sorry but no thank you! I have better things to do with my day than have to come back every morning and pick up my deposit slips and simple change orders. Pretty sad they are pushing local businesses away, especially businesses that have had accounts since 1999.

As a Asian I was ignored by all three employees then told to go sit down…Hispanic lady comes in and they are first to greet her with customer service ok whatever then it’s my turn and get told that I cannot her help depositing money wow! Do better is bank cmon!

Just “random” Me5I have always had a positive experience at this branch. I had visited on many occasions prior to the pandemic for my personal bank account. When Covid hit and I couldn’t get an appointment to open my business account, I looked online. I was pleasantly surprised at the simplicity of the process to open a new account. My account was up and running within minutes. I am so grateful that U.S. Bank has made the changes needed to stay effective during these challenging times. I do a fair amount of my banking online and their app is amazing too.

Debi Howard1The last 2 times I went to this bank there has been nothing but problems. What I don't understand is both times I went there I had deposit slips saying what account I wanted to deposit the money in. And they decided to deposit the money in a different account. I don't know if they can't read or what their issue is. But after this morning I will never go back to this bank again. Their service is terrible

Samantha Mickelsen1Worst bank EVER! Drive thru is supposed to be convenient, but they put you last. There was no one else in line and still waited 20 mins to do a deposit. What?! Stupid. I used to work for a bank. It shouldn’t take this long. Ever.

Marie Campbell1Just sat in line in the drive thru; pulled in with 1 car in front of us at 4:56 pm. It was our turn to make a deposit into the (landlords account) and the teller states the branch is closed. I replied we were waiting in line. The teller replied sorry we are closed.... 5:02 pm is the time. I will be sure to inform the account holders. No wonder your branch has a rating of a 2. If I could give a rating of zero stars that's what it would be. No one should bank with us bank. I am thankful I bank at chase.... they are awesome!!! Please use chase.

Gina Cacciatore1If I could I would give this branch ZERO stars. Tracy who states she is in management is completely rude and extremely unprofessional. The bankers at the bank couldn't even take the time to help me and figure out what was going on with my account stating they could not do anything and tried to pawn me off on customer service, who then referred me to your branch. The only person that was somewhat helpful was Eric and he stated he would call me back a number of times with no prevail. When you go into this bank they make you feel like you are a criminal out to get them. Customer service is awful and I would highly recommend not banking with them.

Ben Runtz2Worst bank in my 30 years of banking. Extreemly slow. My average drivethrough wait is 30 min. Nit much better when going inside. The place is full of annoyed workers and fake smiles.

Jennifer Nokes4It was very busy today, doesn’t look like a lot of staff was available. Be kind to those who showed up. The place is a mess lol but they said they’re remodeling next month. Take it easy on them as I’m pretty sure it is stressful during this time.
