  Store Manager was really rude to me. Changes prices and doesn't care about the customer and very poor customer service. Unless you don't mind being treated badly and price hikes after the fact. I would shop somewhere else. I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on.

  Ahmad sorry you felt that way. We did not change price on you. You chose to forfeit your lay-way on very nice Snap On tool box. So as we always do before it hits the floor we re look up the price and price it accordingly. Then when you came back to buy it you were very rude and demeaned we gave you the same price. We would have been more then happy to if you had been nice to work with. We always want to give the best deal possible. Again sorry for you experience. Hope you understand why the price was different.

  The guy in there helped find a guitar cable, I could tell he knew what he was talking about. Also gave it to me for free. Definitely will only be visiting this shop from now on and recommend you do the same.

  came in to sell my telescope and felt like the girl helping me hated me just for coming in. she was extremely rude even tried interrupting me when I started explaining that I've looked up the new and used prices on the product. she then told me the telescope and lenses are selling for 120 new and that was completely wrong for one the lenses were a different brand so obviously this was not sold together and when I got home I continued to research and it turns out I was right if it was the same brand lenses I would have to buy it separately and the lenses started at 100. sorry for ranting but I was nothing but calm and she was nothing but rude she tried to play me and wasn't making any sense and also a wile ago to sell a gold chain and the said they couldn't take it because it was just gold plated so I said ok have a great day got home and realized they stoll the 12k tag that was on the chain... sketchy. owner please respond no one likes that "mexican" or "american" that you have working front. no customer service skills at all

  I apologize for the confusion sir. When we are looking to purchase an item we don't look at what said items are selling for new as when we sell items we sell them second hand, a.k.a. Used; thus the discrepancy in what you were expecting vs what you were offered. As to your "gold" chain I'm confused as to why we would want a plastic tag from a piece of costume jewelry which essentially says "not real gold". I understand your frustration and I do apologize if you felt as if we didn't value your independent research. However I feel I must ask how do you know if the person helping you was "Mexican", "American", or even the same woman mentioned previously?

  I came in here in the hopes of trading my ps vita for a different one sense i was looking for a lower sofware version i expected to pay for the trade i figured at the most they would charge me 50-60 bucks to trade mine for one of theirs i found the one i wanted but they would only give me 60 for my near mint vita and wanted 160 for their beat up one with a giant sticker on the back touch pad they said it was a bundle and i told them i just want the system i dont want a bundle but they would only sell it as a bundle all i wanted was to trade my nice vita for their beat up vita but they couldn't and wouldn't even attempt to make a deal with me it shocked me how adamant they were about the situation stating "we're giving you a better deal than gamestop" they could have made 50-60 bucks without loosing any inventory and would have had a much more desirable looking system but they straight up refused to make a deal with me. Every pawn shop ive ever been in has negotiated deals with me BUT THIS ONE. I will not go back and i dont recommend this store to ANYONE Edit: NO ONE MADE ME AN OFFER FOR ANY OTHER VITA FOR 50. I would have done that deal in a heart beat and i never said i could ONLY spend 20-30 I said i was HOPING to get one around that naturally as a pawn shop negotiations are part of your business and i expected to pay more but i did not receive ANY negotiations or counter offers even after i stated that i just want the system multiple times and said there's nothing you can do for me, NO ONE offered one of the other vitas i repeat NO ONE OFFERED ONE OF THE OTHER VITAS. And there's no way im going to make that 2 hour drive again to deal with someone who would outright lie to me about a nonexistent deal that he claims to have made.

  Sir sorry you were not happy with that deal. We had that one priced for $179.99 with all the games as a bundle. We had another one with out the games that we offered you for $50 plus your system as it was priced at $129.95. You said you could only do $20 or $30 never did you say $50-60. If you would like to come back and take one of the ones with out the games for the $50 plus your system. We will stand by that offer. Thank you and hope you find the deal you are looking for.

  Kurt and Matt were awesome!!! I had lost my job and was experiencing financial difficulty. They helped me even when I didn't start my job on time they worked with me to ensure I kept my items.   This place is awesome! A lot of their workers know a lot of random things about items. I find so many great items in their shops at good prices. Have helped me many times in need also. Couldn't see going anywhere else. My favorite pawn shop in Aurora!

  Great customer service and very helpful with sales always try to get you what you need rather than turn you away. Out of all the stores in the area this is the best for variety and customer service

  Courtney P. is the best Cash In a Flash employee I've ever met, not only is she very polite but she took the time to answer all my questions and also inform me of her inventory on hand. I cannot recommend a better person to interact with, definitely ask for Courtney P.!

  2.5 stars They will give you fair value for your stuff but they are also very rude. Every single person Up front had a bad vibe and was very rude. At least hey gave me more money for my ps4 than any other place....
