Attempted lease purchase through Subaru motor finance that Chase works with. Banker did not know how to do it…

Never deposit money at the ATM in this branch. It will take your money and not show the correct amount of deposit.

I drove to this location without my ATM card to withdraw cash, I was shocked when they informed me you can only take cash out with your ATM card. What type of bank does not allow cash withdrawals with an ID!

Have been a customer for over 12 years & this branch consistently provides the WORST customer service I have received in Colorado, Nevada & Louisiana!! I just tried to tell them the druve-thru ATM was down & I was told between bites of food that people tried to break into it a FEW DAYS ago. THE GREEN ARROW BUTTON IS ON TELLING CUSTOMERS TO USE!!! No signage or anything to notify customers it is down. I walked away disgusted from 3 employees who didn't try to help the ONE customer there. PATHETIC SERVICE FROM A PROBABLY WELL PAID STAFF. CONTINUED DISAPPOINTMENT FROM CHASE BANK!

Waited 20 minutes for no one to greet me and then tell me they have no teller line.

Apparently Chase thinks it is a good idea to put a ATM in the middle of the floor and tell customers that is your teller. They have no more tellers. Not sure what the point of having a branch location open if there is only an ATM? I can use an ATM at a grocery store. Typical Chase and their atrocious customer service.

I drove through this afternoon to cash a simple 25$ check. I have multiple accounts with them. I endorsed my check and provided my license since I don’t normally go to that branch. After waiting several minutes they ask me if I have an account with them. All they had to do was look at the back and clearly see my account number written on it. It frustrates me they do this at almost every single chase.

This bank used to be good but management changed and all the good tellers left to other chase banks surrounding this location. Jeanette helped me and she withdrew money from someone else's account in my family and gave it to me and when I asked to talk to a manager so told me that I needed an appointment? So I went to another Chase to get this resolved. Along with this Jeanette she gave me the balances of my entire family and all their accounts, their spouses accounts and information that I didn't ask for which is probably illegal. She also withdrew money from their account, that I didn't know about. If you live by this branch, please don't go here, and drive an extra 10 minutes to another branch. It'll be worth it.

Occasionally I am pleasantly surprised by the level of customer service I recieve at various businesses. Yesterday while visiting my local Chase Bank near Quincy & Buckley was one of those exceptions. I needed help with a sizeable number of documents. Hannah said she could provide those documents but it might take a day or two since she would have to make time in-between customers, I was thrilled because I didn't think this was a service a small branch would even offer, and she probably could have just as easily said "No", but instead I was treated like a 5 star customer and received a call later that day from Hannah to let me know the documents could be picked up. Exceptional people providing exceptional service. I read through some bad reviews, I've never experienced anything other than pleasant well trained people there to service customers.

My review is quite different from the rest I guess. I went in to sign up for a particular credit card at 11am. There were no other customers there and two bankers available to help me. The lady who helped me was very patient and personable and got the job done. They did mention that after lunch, they only do appointments because it gets very busy. So either make an appt or go in the morning I would say.
