  Loved this branch/ location. Juan helped me open a business and personal account very quickly and efficiently and explained which type of account we were setting up and why! He really won’t above and beyond. I’m very grateful. This location is a bit further away from where I live, but I wouldn’t mind traveling the extra 15 min or so for the customer service. 5/5 stars

  Tellers who make less and have less money than I do want to tell me how to poorly invest my money when they have no clue what plans I have that I don't want it locked up in a CD? That's why they work there. They are clueless.

  The branch has become my least favorite. They are not big into serving. Don’t expect anyone to put of there way. All the good people have either left or been promoted. The assistant manger lied to me then when challenged changed what she said. I will make an effort to go out of my way to not use this branch anymore.

  Horrible service!! Tellers are talking non stop and we are waiting and waiting in line and they do not care. When they become available they start doing something else and they still not paying attention to Members waiting in line. After much waiting finally They cash my check and the teller get my money on her hand get up and go and start talking to the other teller with my money on her hand making me wasting my time and the waiting line grew up to 6 people.

  We just opened an account here and had a misunderstood with automatic transfer, we came to this branch and everybody was very friendly and when we got to the teller we had an amazing experience with Jodie who went above and beyond to correct the error in a profesional and respectful way, if you are looking for great customer service visit this branch, they are awesome!10+

  What a horrible miserable bunch of people . I have callled threeeeee times and each time a person has told me something different about taking DIGITAL IDS . Something according to the EXECUTIVE ORDER THEY HAVE TO . Two people told me I could - last person said absolutely not with more attitude than compassion . Horrible customer service and will be contacting the BBB. DONT GO HERE !

  Fee city! I was working on switching to this bank and their fee charges are completely inexcusable. There was a $3.95 fee for not paying "enough" bills online per month (have to pay at least 3, or they fee you). I complained and got them to opt me out of that, but removes the ability to pay bills from their portal. This month I paid my insurance bill from the insurance web site, and you guessed it.. Canvas hit me with a $3.95 fee for "withdrawl". This one isn't on their fee schedule declaration at all, which I'm not sure is legal. They are completely shady, and can't be trusted. There's a $25 fee if I close my account within 6 months, so I now have to just leave it open to avoid that one too. Avoid this place at all costs.

  The worst bank i have ever had the misfortune of banking with. 2 years ago i closed my checking account with them after someone managed to get a hold of my information and use the funds in my bank account all the way in Las Vegas. They reimbursed me my money after the 90 day investigation period only for them to tell me 6 months later after being done banking with them that i somehow owe them all the money they reimbursed me? 2 months later after this they sent another letter in the mail saying i infact don't owe them any money at all (I still have the letter they mailed me as proof). 6 months later after forgetting this whole unnecessary fiasco i apply to multiple apartments only to get denied because they ruined my credit score! Canvas credit union really contacted all the credit bureaus and said i owe them money still when i infact do not! Ask yourself this, what's the point of putting your money in the bank if it isn't even protected? Please if your reading this go to any other bank besides canvas! you would be much better off putting your money under your mattress. They give credit unions a bad name. Thanks Canvas Credit Union for making me near homeless! If anyone doesn't believe me i can gladly send them a copy of the letters they have sent me!

  I have banked with Canvas CU for a long time and recommend them all the time...This is mostly for my latest experience. I(and others) had to wait in line while an employee "greeted" people and a loan officer had a rather loud conversation on speaker phone after which he proceeded to have a conversation with the greeter. Seems like it would be a better use of time if they were actually helping people.

  I needed a document notarized and the branch manager Tod Cummins Jr. helped me. He really went above and beyond! He was very patient as the document was slow to send. As we were waiting, he mentioned how he used to work for a bank. But he would rather be in the business to help mentor and educate people about finances, which brought him to this credit union. This is the reason why I'd rather trust a credit union than a bank. This level of customer service and care. Thank you Tod for being awesome! Keep it up :)
