  The Selah branch hours are very inconvenient. They never open more than one drive through lane and have walk to the main counter to complete basic transactions, making wait times very long. Why? Seems like they are preparing to close this branch.

  Customer service is rude went in to try and deposit money on a family members account lady gave a werid face and asked for my SSN and ID went to another branch and they didn't ask for anything an were very polite!

  I am a big fan of US Bank, I was recently passing through after losing my wallet. Lexy was my teller whom was careful to make sure it was my account, but helped me to get cash I needed for my trip to get a new license. I appreciated the extra time she took to make sure she wasn't giving my money to someone else, and that she gave me information I didn't even ask for that will help me to get my debit and credit card in line once I get my license just by listening to what I was talking about. I'm very happy with this branch's customer service and professionalism.

  oved the bank at first but when I tried to deposit a check in my boyfriends name that he had already endorsed( which I had done the day before) I was told he had to be on my account to deposit it. After I told them I just did it yesterday the lady rudely told me that the people that helped me yesterday must have not know, how professional. Then today my boyfriend went in with his check and my account number and was told he could not deposit it into my account even with my full account number which made me question why because that’s how I pay rent to my land lord every month. Needless to say I can’t wait til Monday rolls around so I can go close my account and take my business elsewhere.

  I do not have an account with you but I was thinking of opening a savings account in my son’s name next month ( for college savings) since our main bank no longer has a building in Selah. But when I came in because my son so badly wanted to change a roll of dimes and 4 rolls of pennies into dollar bills, I was told that the bank wouldn’t take the rolls unless we had an account there. I was really surprised, especially in a small town!

  I have banked here for a very long time had a few problems here and there but I just went to the ATM today and deposited $3,000 and the ATM took the money and my card and then broke called the 800 number and they told me it could take up to 45 days to fix ... That is 100% unacceptable!!!! That's my food money and my gas money and my rent money what am I supposed to do now and it destroyed my bank card so I am at a complete loss with my money if I ever get my money back i am sure I will be moving banks this is not ok
