  Brandon and his team (especially Dallas and Ellen) were very clear and quick to communicate throughout the process. I rarely felt unsure of what I was supposed to do to keep things moving forward. I felt like the team was supporting my best interest throughout, and they remained patient with me even when I backed out of an early deal on an inspection contingency. Each client's needs will vary, but for me, I actually found the efficiency and speed at which the Caliber team moved to be a little too "behind the scenes"; that is, I sometimes wanted to know more about the whole process and how they were working with the title company etc... this is largely just because it was my first time buying property and I wanted to learn as much as possible as I intend to purchase more properties in the future. The team at Caliber came very highly recommended to me by multiple independent sources, and I will join the ranks of those pointing new buyers in their direction. I hope to work with them again soon.   I can’t tell you how happy I am with angie and caliber home loans. We did a full on sell and buy and everything was so smooth and fast and angie does a great job explaining stuff to you and getting documents to you fast that need signed etc. She answers every time you call or text, knows exactly what’s going on, I just can’t say enough how satisfied we are about this whole thing, I would 100% recommend Angie and caliber home loans you won’t be disappointed.   Brandon is extremely knowledgeable and aware of the current market and was able to provide useful information that helped me make the decision to refinance. He knew exactly what would be required of me and when and was able to communicate that ahead of time, which made the entire process as quick and painless as possible.

  Brandon and team were always available and always had amazing advice. E.g we were bidding on a house that decided to decide on offers on mothers day. Brandon drove down to the office on a Sunday for mother's day and made sure we got out offer in. We didn't get that house but this is the kind of service to expect.
