  Jett and his team provided exceptional service as they brought home a new home loan for my purchase. Jett took advantage of lowering interest rates to lock in at the best time. I would admit that I probably wasn't the easiest client Jett has had to deal with, but he kept me progressing in the right direction, even when I threw him a curve ball and told him I didn't want to escrow, and we got it done.   Jett, Christi and Erin moved FAST. Rates and structure were obviously good, but the alacrity with which they moved and anticipated roadblocks to deal with a tight time table were the biggest assets to my x country home purchase and move.

  I am very happy with the staff they are very thorough, professional, honest, very upfront on the closing cost that the buyer will incur. Also they are very prompt on complying with their deadline i.e. closing cost schedule. Everyone in Jett's group are very nice and I am happy and pleased that we picked them to service our mortgage loans instead of Guild Mortgage because I save a lot of money on closing cost.

  I cannot say enough good things about Jett and his team. My girlfriend and I were first time homebuyers with no clue how to go about this process and Jett led us through with exceptional success. I'm sure we weren't the simplest clients and needed our hand held a little bit more than others and he was more than willing to explain the basics to us. From the first sit-down with Jett, I knew he was the lender I wanted on my team. At that first meeting, he began sharing his knowledge with me and I started to think about my mortgage and investments in a different way. Jett also read the tea leaves in the market and locked in my rate at the near-perfect time. Saving me almost half a percentage point between locking the rate and closing. I cannot recommend Jett highly enough. I know that gets typed in reviews quite frequently, but it is the truth.
