REX HUNTER HICKMAN1ATM ATE $500 cash money - day before thanksgiving . Truly any company that allows a branch to be run like that, with all these other reviews. Entirely unexceptional and honestly Unacceptable. Very disappointed with US BANK HAVANA Aurora Colorado 80012 For the record I am fully aware the ATM is emptied and operated by a third party. My issue is NO SIGN , no warning, then the absolute worst service.

No Spam1DO NOT USE THIS BRANCH AND THIS ATM! This branch has been aware of their ATM not working properly for the last year or more, and has NOT done anything about it. The ATM at this horrible branch took two checks and gave this error: "Device Error". It did NOT give our checks back, there is NO record of our deposit, NO receipt! We've spent TWO days calling and messaging to US bank corporate because this branch's phone number does not work, the phone number that was given for the manager does NOT work. This branch will be responsible for loosing us as US Bank's customers. At this point, no one at US Bank has gotten back to me and my check was not retrieved from the ATM. At what point do I start legal proceedings to get my check back? Now this looks like an intentional theft.

Dan N5We were lucky enough to meet and get much needed help from a personal banker by the name of Daniel G.Solomon at the 941 S.Havana St., Aurora ,Co. US Bank branch. We believe he went above and beyond his duties in order to help us with many Power of Attorney issues. He was knowledgeable, courteous and most importantly, very patient with us and our unending questions! This young man is such an asset to US Bank, we hope he will be commended! Thank you , Daniel.

Janeth Dominguez1If it had 0 stars would be better, I went to use the atm here and it did not say out of order so I assumed that it was working so I inserted my debit card and tried to pull money out and the ATM did not gave me the money but also retained my card it was a friday night and the bank went ahead and proceed with the transaction when I was given no money so I had to call to jave the transaction reversed and I had to wait 5 days to get a new card. Do not use this ATM.

James Mapledoram1EDIT: Downgraded to 1 star due to additional issue: they can't do wire transfers from this branch. USBank - please close this useless branch! Several issues with this branch: 1. They do not know how to change a business address. Went into the branch on 3 separate occasions to try and change my business address. The first time, they argued with me and claimed they couldn't do it (they are the only ones who can do it). Next time the wrong form was filed (only my personal account changed). The 3rd time, the business account was changed, but according to the manager at Corporate, the banker didn't file it correctly and so my business address reverted back after 30 days. This took over 1 year to work out the issues. Wire transfer pins, credit cards, statements were all received by strangers on multiple occasions. 2. Knows very little about business accounts in general. On multiple occasions I've asked questions about additional business account features/limitations etc. and just receive blank stares. 3. Keeps hardly any cash on hand I went in on a Thursday once and asked for $15k. They did not have it and said they'd need till mid-next-week. Ridiculous. Once this tax year is done, I'm leaving US Bank. This has left a bad taste in my mouth and costs a lot of money. And I certainly, will not be back at this specific branch.

Helen Hays5At a point in my life I never thought I'd find myself in, at 62 years of age, I am on unemployment. I pick up my money every two weeks @ the U. S. Bank at 941 South Havana St., Aurora, CO. For those of you who haven't reached your sixties yet, let me assure you that it becomes a wake up call to your loss of respect. At this branch I never feel that way. It is humbling and somewhat embarrassing to state that your business today is to pick up your unemployment. The tellers @ this location take that feeling away. They are professional, friendly and knowledgeable. I know that when & if the time come for my household to open a new bank account, I will not hesitate coming here. Thank you all for making an unpleasant situation a little easier to bear.

Natasha Balczarek1I have been displeased with this bank 3 out of the 4 times I have been here! Everyone that works here is rude, they close earlier then every other US bank and today was the worst of all, I needed to put some change in my account to pay one really important thing and I had a handful of change in and they wouldn't take it bc their change machine was broken. I said I would put it in one of those change counting trays for them so they wouldn't have to and the man behind the counter said, "there isn't any room." Whatever that means, then a girl walks up behind him and says "Were not allowed to take change." Wow, a bank that won't take money!? They didn't apologize and I left. I'm considering closing my account down bc this bank in particular is so terrible.

Carmen Toure Lorenzo1ATM Machine is always broken. Always. Very inconvenient. I've been banking with them for 20yr but might explore other options Thought I'd give this branch another shot on 6/19/18...guess what? ATM was "temporarily out of service" again. Worse branch ever! I hate that it's closest to my house. I will go to the branch that is further to avoid this continued disappointment.

David Steen1Ever write a check to a buddy because you don't have cash? Not if you bank here! I wrote a buddy a check for a small purchase. I told him to cash it at my bank because it's close to his house. They charged him $7. To give him my money that they make money on? I closed my account after the district manager told me it was "how we do things". I'm not going to deal with a company that thinks it's ok to rip off friends of it's customers.
