  The Teller was very helpful resolving a business banking issue today, and showed me some additional features of the app related to the ATM/Debit card management. Overall, I’m happy with USBank, and glad I switched from Chase for my business banking.

  The branch manager has horrible customer service. I use to LOVE this branch and loved going in... I knew the staff. We laugh and talked. I felt my account was on good hands. I'm currently looking to Change banks or switch to another branch 15 minutes from my house in which I've grown to love their service. The current Branch Manager SUCKS....OMG. HORRIBLE .........Piece of advice Krystal or Christie (what ever your name is. 1. Return the call of your customers, 2. Know your customers , fakeness will Only get you so far.... Your spirit shows of you are genuine of not. To US Bank. Give Freddie a raise and get him back over to that bank to keep the loyalty of your customers.

  When you are told a notary will be available until 7 and get there a little after 6 n are told she has already closed for the night but UPS is right over there! I have had my account with this branch forever n I had to go pay a fee at UPS? Something is happening to customer service here n should be looked into. I also belong to a credit union and if I receive this type of service again, I will be gone!

  The manager is not customer friendly....should not be in that position
