Ugly Dave1Beware of loan with this company Im an employee been with the company almost 7 years. Originally the Manager when above and beyond getting the loan. but feel these fees they charge are crazy when the loan is auto debited from payroll. I wont ever use this place in the future..

Rebecca Pitman1The credit union tellers aren't trained well enough to do their jobs effectively. Customer service is severely lacking. I don't see a smiling person any time I go in. I've been given misinformation each time I've gone in. I've been denied a simple check being cashed prompting me to close my account due to incompetence. I fill out a form for a payroll deduction the Monday before payday, and am told by the teller who took my application that my Account would be open by that payday. By that payday, it doesn't happen. I called to see why and the first time I was hung up on after 2 minutes of holding. I called back and got the same teller, (they only have a couple people), and was given an answer as soon as I expressed my annoyance of being intentionally disconnected. Apparently I have to wait a whole next payday to get this account open, even though I was told otherwise, and had enough time to get a payroll deduction set up. I don't care for a response to this review, even if the fat chance there may be one. I just want to express my concern publicly so others may see the actual level of disappointment I continue to experience the entire 8 years I've been with the Credit Union. My suggestion, as I work in a Contact Center, is to do more professional development with people who handle MONEY. They should be required to have a certain demeanor of pleasantry AT ALL TIMES. Customer Service skills should be monitored and corrected. I AM YOUR CUSTOMER. Do not hang up on ME. In closing, DO BETTER. If that means sending the Manager to professional development courses and requiring new policy implementation as followup. SO BE IT. More people will hear of the improvement and become new members simply by U-Haul's "word of mouth" theory. 1/10 Unacceptable.

Lynda Price5I've been using the credit union started 2007 . I have never had any issues with my account. I have also been able to take advantage of the payday loan. Which is great when you are in a bind. Thank you for being there for me when I need you.

Joshua Eggleston1Worst customer service in history. No one in the office is worth .2 cents. They can't help. Their manager is always not in. Join 6 months ago. Now they say I owe them for paper copies. Explain I asked for paperless when I started. She tells me not her problem, it was mines. Lol this company is a joke

Allison Dickerson (Allura Henna)1I would HIGHLY advise taking your banking elsewhere. I unfortunately still have months left of payments on our loan with them. Horrible customer service, statements and account services. Archaeic, and should have just gone to our original credit union for loan services. Used Uhaul because they touted "convenience" since my husband was working there. There is nothing convenient about them. Sent a payment via mail, and was returned from the PO Box back to my bank. Didn't find out about it until my own credit union contacted me. They don't send statements or email when a statement has been issued. What bank does that??? They marked my account past due and wouldn't work with me on the issue. Screwed up our credit score because of the "late" payment that I reconciled as soon as I heard about it. Can't wait to pay this off and be done with them. They also MISSED a monthly statement in November and didn't issue that statement until the end of December! UPDATE: They have now for a third time messed up our account and potentially our credit file. A payment posted to them in January, wasn't credited to our account. Now I have to spend MY time proving payment was made.... AGAIN.

So I was an employee and everything was good with the bank they had fast cash loans of $500 dollars without running your credit....great when your in a pinch. They take it out your check little by little every week until its paid off great right. That was there only good aspect in my eyes. So I left the company and then the banking was awful. I wanted to close the account since I really had no use for it anymore. So I called and they informed me I needed to email or fax over a closing account form...ok. I email to the rep I was working with he told me once it was received I would get a check in the mail for whatever is left in my account. From there I thought I was done. I knew it would take a while because it's coming from AZ. I got nothing in the mail or email or a phone call. I call back after weeks of waiting to be told that the rep that was helping me Zac was no long with them...ok. Where did all of Zac's workload go them right no one could tell me. I said ok fine I need to close the account she said to email the form to the main email address so anyone can have access to get it done. I did that still nothing I waited to receive the account balance check or a letter anything nothing. What they did send me was account summaries that I didn't want so I knew it wasn't closed. So I call back again and I wish I took the names of everyone who answered the phone. She told me she didn't see any email from me and to fax the form instead. OK I fax the form and guess what still nothing and it's been months. I have copies dating back to 10/23/17. Like really really why is this so hard to get done. If it wasn't for the account summaries that I keep getting I would have thought it was closed and the check was lost in the mail. But no its them not completing the job or even attempting to get it done. Terrible customer service

Antonio Coley1This is a glorified prepay card. You can't use this at any actual Federal Credit Unions, you have to load money on one card just to send it to the card that these guys give you. I tried enrolling online like the lady told me to and i put all the info needed from me into the system and it still wont let me log -in. I couldn't use the online teller service because every time you get to that portion the line makes the online tellers voice short out. I'm not even the type to complain about much. But this card is utterly useless. This seems like a kid fresh out of high school decided to start a business and just went with it instead of trying to work out the bugs first. Why is U-Haul even affiliated with branch?
