  Mark and Monica are awesome! First Mark told me the truth upfront and things didn't look good but he told me how to improve my situation and got me approved! Then he turned it over to Monica who guided me thru the rest of the process even walking me thru some of the paperwork. I thank God for sending me to right people! Thank you so much!

  I have never contacted this company, yet the send many harassing and intrusive calls, texts, etc. after trolling/buying your info from credit reporting agencies. These people are the real estate version of ambulance chasers.

  My fiancé and I have been wanting to buy a house the last year. the first two places he called to get a VA loan through kept pushing us aside and never kept in contact with us on his progress of trying to get a loan. i did a google search on places who did VA home loans and found Access Capital Group. Michael O'Connor reached out to me about an hour later. a month an a half later we got our keys to our first home. Michael and Monica kept in contact with us very well through the whole prosses. a few times it looked like we weren't going to be able to get the house we put an offer on but Michael told us that they don't know how to lose and to trust him. wish we would of started with this company at first but you live and learn.

  After spinning my wheels for three years dealing with lenders who gave me bad advise and failed to be able to help us, by a stroke of luck I came across Mark with Access Capital Group. I talked with Mark and explained our situation with dealing with self employment issues and other road blocks that were preventing us from achieving our dream of owing a home. Mark assured me that he would be able to help me. I had heard this from other lenders who were not able to make good on this statement but I decided to try one last time with Mark. Mark gave me step by step instructions on what to do and once I completed these steps I reached out again. Mark worked so hard at getting a loan put together and getting us approved and he was able to make good on his word and do what other lenders that I had encountered were not able to do. Also, Monica Alvarez at Access capital. I cannot say enough about how amazing she was! We would not be in our home today had it not been for her hard work and efforts. She literally worked with me day by day to resolve any issue that arose and I will forever be thankful for her dedication. I am so grateful that my path lead me to this group of people. May God bless them and I hope they continue to do for others what they were able to do for my husband and me.

  Spoke with Mark and advised him of the issues I was having with lenders applying overlays to the loan guidelines. He stated that this wouldn't be an issue and got me a preapproval within a few days of sending my initial documents. I was advised that closing would need to be a little bit longer due to delays because of the pandemic. Once I found my home Monica made sure to keep in contact with me and give me updates as we got closer to closing. She was aware as to what warranted a email, text, or phone call to get the quickest response needed. Any questions that I had Mark or Monica were more than happy to explain them to me. We closed in 39 days instead of the typical 30 and that was due to some repairs needing to be completed prior to final inspection. I'm very satisfied with everything they did.

  Ok where to start!! About 4-5 years ago Mark returned my call and ever since we have done 3 refinancing with Access Group with Mark (cash out, then lower interest and now cash out with lower interest) Mark and his team has always been Amazing responsive since the very first contact!!
