Once our application was submitted Todd and his team had things under control and kept things on time throughout the entire process. This alleviated a ton of stress on me.   This team is on your side. They will help you get a loan in every way they can. I had some hiccups with other lenders but these guys got me completely underwritten before they gave me the pre approval letter so when I put an offer on a house I was absolutely sure I had the loan. It made the process stress free.

  The Baker Team exceeded my expectations! Matt and his team were able to get me financing, a week before my closing date. My original financial institution was changing rates and terms a week before I was to close which put me in a precarious situation! This team was able to get me a better rate and terms, better than my original financial institution, and I was able to close on my new home! I am forever grateful and would recommend Matt and his team to anyone! Thank you Baker Team!!
