  This refinance was great! Jeff and Kristin were so resourceful when the IRS put up a huge roadblock in sending a tax transcript, which was no fault of theirs, as they were patiently helping me navigate the unnecessary lack of customer service on the part of the IRS. They never gave up and tried to find alternate ways to get the information and once it was provided, it took a very short time to go to closing. I thank all of them for their diligence and patience.

  I was looking to refinance and I didn't know who to go to so I shopped around for rates. These guys had the best rates and made things so easy. Plus, they aren't a huge corporation, so I wasn't shuffled all over the place. They knew who I am and answered my questions quickly, and I appreciated that. The whole process was very smooth. I totally suggest using them if you are looking to refinance or get a new mortgage.

  I used my VA benefits for the first time buying a house. I was surprised and how simple the process was. Jeff hardly needed any documents. I had talked with a few companies that claim they are for vets, but their rates were way higher than his. I'm happy the loan is done and with rate. Quick and simple.

  I got a VA loan from Jeff. Even though the other lenders said they had the best rates, when I spoke with Jeff his were much lower. I got 3.125% and he didn’t even charge me a point. I spoke with Veterans United, Quicken and Loan Depot, their way of thanking me was by charging me extra. Jeff was the only one who did right by me as a vet.

  I recently moved to NV. A friend suggested I call rate advisors when i was ready to buy a home. I'm happy i did. The service is great as well as the product. I am a very informed home owner now. If rates ever get lower than what I have now(and I kind of doubt they will) I'd definitely refinance with them.

  To say I had no idea about home loans would be an understatement. I found the condo of my dreams but didn't have a lot of extra money. They really helped me finding a rate with credits so I didn't have to bring much upfront. They literally explained the entire process. Thankfully there were no surprises and I feel much more knowledgeable about loans in general. They were so confident they even suggested I shop around to make sure. They were lower by far and didn't cost me an arm and a leg. Thanks to them I am a very happy condo owner.

  I hate writing reviews. I hated my experience on Lending tree even more. I got calls from dozens of desperate lenders, but these guys were genuine, they had rates that were so far below everyone else's. Having already done this 3 times in the past 5 years (I bought 2 houses, refied 1), I was pleasantly surprised that Jeff made sure that I knew where the loan was at every day of the process right up until we closed, and the whole thing took 16 days, I kid you not. It feels good to have bragging rights about my rate too. No complaints, thanks Jeff.

  As a combat vet I heard from tons of lenders about my VA loan after I went on Lending tree. The way Jeff earned my business was that he explained how lenders operate and how greedy they have become, and that there is just no need for that. He refused to let me overpay, as he was adamant about how none of his clients over pay, and so he showed me his loan estimate and helped me to compare to my credit unuons estimate. Obviously Jeffs numbers were alot better. Best, Robert

  Jeffrey made our home buying go as smoothly as possible when the home builder and the appraiser seemed to be working against us. I could contact him whenever. Literally whenever. He responded SO quickly, which was nice because my anxiety about everything lining up to allow us to be able the very short time window we had, was through the roof. But he worked with our ridiculous situation with courtesy, professionalism, and ease. It was such a pleasure to work with him on top of the fact that they had THE LOWEST rates available. I’m the type of person who shops around for at least 6 months before pulling the trigger for larger purchases and this was no different. I exhausted the rate searching and they offered the best rates without any hidden anything and to top it off they were so easy to work with. I hope we never move again, but if we do, I would not even think to use another company.
