Highly don’t recommend working with this Bank! The loan officer that we were appointed made a big mistake in my husband‘s income when calculating his debt to income ratio in While inputting the data he made a mistake and inflated my husband’s monthly income. this resulted in my husband getting an inaccurate loan approval letter. He then stopped communicating with us and it wasn’t until a week before our closing date that he finally after pulling it out of him told us he had made a mistake and it cost us our earnest money of $1500 and our dream home. Save yourself the headache in the hard ache this transaction also almost left us homeless since we were leaving to drive to Texas where we were purchasing our home The week of closing and has caused us financial distress as we now had limited funds to acquire a rental at the last minute. I am extremely dissatisfied disappointed with the service we received from Bank of America. He showed no accountability no remorse and they didn’t even offer our earnest money back since it was their error that cost us our earnest money! They left us high and dry. You would be better off getting your loan some where else! What ever you do don’t work with a Nathan Martinez

I hate this location. The parking lot is a small box only for 7 cars and they are always short- staffed— staff loves saying ‘no’ to customers. No one answers the phones… so BofA why invest in a bank that literally doesn’t serve the people? What a waste of time. I highly recommend not going to this location. In my opinion, the ATM are the only working processes here.

Don’t bother going to the ATM here, 95% of the time it doesn’t have money to dispense. Make sure the next B of A you drive to, has an ATM that’ll give you your money.

I have already been disappointed with B of A, my bank of over 25 year's when they got rid of the actual drive up tellers... They didn't add any more inside tellers so the lines are ALWAYS at least 20 to 30 minutes of your day wasted waiting in line. Although I am sensitive to the new changes because of the Pandemic... I am NOT happy about the fact that the majority of their locations, near me in downtown Phoenix have "temporarily" shut down.. I still have my 3 businesses to run... I will be pulling all of my accounts from Bank of America, which includes a personal checking and savings and 3 business accounts, along with our children's accounts and moving on to either Wells Fargo or Chase. Both in which I also have accounts. At least they have most of their branches open, with drive up tellers AND more than One inside bank teller working at all times. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a new bank to do their research before using them. B of A... We had a good run.. Almost made a quarter of a century before you dropped the ball and left me with no choice but to take all my money, business and children's accounts elsewhere...

So all the smaller branches are closed, so I was forced to come make my business deposits at this location and well, this is the poorest run bank I have ever been at. I am currently on the sidewalk along Central Ave in the 100 degree heat; 2 tellers for 60+ customers. I understand that COVID-19 has affected many operations and that it’s a holiday weekend, but they really couldn’t have a full staff of tellers? And the bankers can’t jump on a window and help out? I’m so glad I put in a request for my restaurant to start banking with another institution with more staff and not closing all their branches. I will not be missing BOA.

I went into this location because I needed to withdraw 7k from this bank to put in my fiance's bank at Wells Fargo( to pay for our wedding ) They told me they didn't have enough cash to give me that amount. Jose the manager recommended and told the teller to recommend a cashier's check. I know that cashier's checks can be put on hold and I absolutely needed to have the funds available immediately. They didn't care They went ahead and issued me a cashier's check and wouldn't even waive the fifteen dollar fee. When I went to Wells Fargo to deposit the cashier's check the manager laughed and said what bank doesn't have that much cash to give their customers . I will be switching my accounts to Wells Fargo and dropping BofA after 16 years .✌️

Kayla is fantastic. Always smiling, pleasant and happy to help. Why is she always the only teller here?? The other teller Regina always leaves, even when the line in the lobby is getting longer and longer. Staff this location!! I'm here right now, there are 9 people in line, getting impatient, asking for Regina to call for additional help and we are told, "I am by myself." Where are the managers or supervisors for support??

Theres only 1 teller for a branch that always has someone waiting in line. You think they would staff it adequately. Poor teller tries her best, but there's only so much she can do. All the while, bankers are hiding in their cubicles, you think they'd transfer the bankers to make room for some tellers at this bank.

BoA is an embarrassment for a bank. They are unable to cash their own checks for amounts over $2,500 per their new policies unless you open a bank account with them. Why would I want to bank with a company that would basically blackmail you into opening an account with them? If I come into your bank with a check from your bank am I not a customer whether I have an account or not? Terrible customer service although teller was very nice but manager and banker were not helpful in any way. Corporate profits over customer satisfaction at all BoA locations. Why anyone would want to do business with these crooks is beyond my understanding.

Listed online as a financial center but the typical services aren’t located at this location. Disappointed because a teller wouldn’t let me deposit my checks in my account and forced me to use the drive up ATM outside to process my deposit. Not worth going to this location for anything other than the atm.
