Highly recommended!! Our neighbors recommended Evan because he was so professional and helpful! Our refinance went smoothly and we greatly appreciate all of Evan’s help and efficiency! He answered all of our questions, made us feel comfortable, didn’t rush us, and guided us through everything! Very satisfied with our experience!

Matty Shamoon was great he walked me thru all the steps and stayed in contact with me through out the closing and afterwards to make sure that there was nothing I needed. Quick closing and a great finance rate and value that the company saved me on over $300.00 monthly on my mortgage payment. Can't say enough on how great an experience it was to work with Matt. Thank you for everything your the best

Our client specialist, Nick Shammo presented a great attitude. He was accessible any time of the day. We had faith that he knew what he was doing. We had a very favorable experience with Nick guiding us through the mortgage details.

Final Edit: Several weeks after my experience with Turbo Mortgage I got yet another all from Robert. Robert demanded once again that I change my review. He finally got me to go down to 1 star. I have never been so harassed by someone over a review Good golly! Save yourself the trouble here. Lots of people can do what Turbo Mortgage can do without harassing customers. Original review follows: I was cold called by Turbo while I was in the refinance process with someone else. I gave them my info, all the information they needed to make an offer. They said they would call back in 20 minutes. We reconnected several days later. The agent claimed that he had the wrong phone number for me in the file. This doesn't make sense, since they cold called me in the first place. First red flag. Anyway, they finally do call me back with their best offer. It was an ok offer! But the higher closing costs meant that even with the lower interest rate it would only be a better deal than my current best offer after 58 months or so. At this time the call went off the rails a little. The person I was speaking to started telling me that I didn't really understand the mortgage offer that I was getting, that the offer was impossible, that it didn't make sense. Really insulting my intelligence and trying to scare me into going with Turbo. The cherry on top of the whole conversation was, after telling me that I didn't understand the offer in front of me, the person I was talking to hung up on me just as I was letting out a "Go Wolverines!" to honor his favorite basketball team. That's fine! I have a relationship with my current lender built over years of trust and communication. I was open to moving away from them, but the offer had to be good enough to move from someone I knew well and trusted to a stranger. I'm ultimately glad that Turbo's offer was not good enough that I would have been lead to them, considering this very unprofessional behavior. UPDATE: Within about 30 minutes of my leaving this review, I got a call back from a manager named Robert. Robert asked me if there was anything he could do to get me to remove my negative review and asked me for another chance to earn my business. Look, I love shopping for mortgages, so I told Robert that I would take one last offer but I wanted it to "WOW" me. After a short wait Robert called back with an offer to save me about $550 at closing and about $50/month thereafter with a lower interest rate. This actually does beat the best offer I have on the table but, maybe you can understand, I have a little bit of a bad taste in my mouth. I feel like I'm being paid off to remove a bad review. I'm wondering how many other bad reviews have been removed in the same way. I've never removed a bad review in exchange for something. I told him no, thank you. About a half hour after that, Robert calls again and somehow found a way to make the offer even better. We are approaching "Wow!" territory. Because I do not know and cannot know whether this final offer is a legitimate effort to win our business or if it is an effort to get a bad review off I'm not sure I feel ethical taking it. To be honest, I think the well was poisoned when Robert asked what he could do to get me to take the bad review down. I'm not sure if I can do business with a company like that. Especially because in all this time the basic information about the house didn't change. The only thing that changed was I left a bad review and then they found a way to lower my title costs. So if you've made it this far in this review just take note that it's possible that the overall rating here is inflated because they aggressively try to correct bad reviews. That probably means they'll strive for very good customer service in the end, they care a lot about their reputation. Good luck in your mortgage hunt!

Beware! Their overall star rating is possibly a result of harassing people who leave accurate reviews. My husband and I have been called more than 3 times regarding an accurate review of our experience working with Turbo Mortgage. They even called back after he stated that he was terminating the business relationship and requested to be added to their do not call list.

I was so skeptical after receiving about 50 calls after my current mortgage company said they could help me. I took 5 offers and Brandon and donavahn gave me the best one. He was very over confident in his ability to close my loan in 2 weeks and I was shocked he did it in 16 days. Thank you for making this a easy process when it hasn’t been in the past.

My experience with Turbo Mortgage was second to none. Robert was knowledgeable, professional and compassionate. I trusted him after the first time we spoke. He sent me updates throughout the whole refi process. I definitely shopped around for the best rate possible and Robert worked 10x harder than the other brokers to get me the best rate possible. I have already sent my family members Robert’s contact info because I know he will take care of them throughout their refi process. I highly recommend this company and Robert.

Danny and his team were wonderful, guiding me through the process with ease. I especially liked how his team cut through the red tape in dealing with the VA to verify my disability pension which normally took days if not weeks, down to a couple of minutes which is unheard of when dealing with the government.

The process of refinancing my mortgage was extremely professional. Evan Qarana, not only took the time to explain the steps, but was always available by texts or emails when we had queries. The rate of interest offered, was very competitive. Finally closed the loan and signed this weekend. Definitely recommending him to friends and family for his honestly, professionalism and responsiveness.
