  My wife and I attempted a refinance with a different company and after several issues I cancelled the request and decided to give Aaron Shook at Next Door lending a chance to win us over, and that he did. Aaron walked us through every step of the process and was extremely professional and always on top of communicating where we were at with things. We were able to close fast in 4-6 weeks and couldn’t be happier. My only regret, not going through Next Door Lending in the first place. Thanks again Mr. Shook!

  I was looking to refinance after already having a great rate. At first I went with rocket Mortgage but the rate just was not good enough to lower my mortgage. I also was having problems with my bank in their lack of desire to give me documents I needed. So After the door to Rocket mortgage closed on a whim I did a search and research on BBB and found Next Door lending. At first I thought my new rate would be to good to be true. They were also able to pry needed documents from my current mortgage company out of the grasp. Lastly they moved fast and got the deal done and closed. If I had a question or something did not seem right they would correct or explain it without talking down to me. I worked with Ismail who was eager to help took all of my phone calls promptly weather he was in or outside the office and made everything happen that he said would happen. Thank you Next Door lending!

  Outstanding customer experience and truly a smooth occurrence of events. I recently refinanced my home and felt like I was dealing with my own family. Ismail Amen the account executive I worked with helped me every step of the way and made sure that I understood exactly what was going on at all times. When Ismail does become a banker I’ll be sure to refer my friends and family too him. Also Sam the banker was a tremendous help as well very kind and professional and actually cared unlike other lending companies. Bottom line this was a great experience and I recommend anyone to deal with Nextdoor Lending for any future refinances and purchases, the one company that seems to genuinely care and go out of their way for clients!

  I had gone into the home buying process with the knowledge that my financial situation was less than ideal, and my credit score was anything but impressive. Throughout the process, he ensured he was able to field any concerns or questions we had, and was patient and explained things in a clear and concise manner.   Worked with Alex Bir on a refinance. He was able to answer all questions I had and gladly adjusted the terms of my loan a multitude of times until I got what I was looking for. Closed on the deal in less then 3 weeks. Can't recommend this team enough. 10/10

  Great experience working with Silva Kareem. Entire Refi transaction took less than a week and I was able to lower my interest rate and monthly payment through the Refi. Next door has a streamlined platform and Silva answered my questions quickly. Most tasks only take 13 minutes to complete. Go for it!

  Joshua Yoon was our loan officer throughout the mortgage loan process and he was such a pleasure to work with!! He was available for all of our questions (we had a TON), and was very responsive no matter what time of day it was. With it being our first home, it was very daunting initially but working with next door took so much of the pressure off. The mortgage process alone was a lot, but Josh made things more pleasurable and walked us through each step with a smile each step of the way. We are already wanting to work with Josh and next door lending again for our next home! Highly highly recommend Josh and Next Door Lending!
