  Michelle made this refi procedure the best that I ever had. Her experience and attention to detail coupled with her extra effort to make it all happen resulted in completion in far less time that I expected. Her quick response to every situation was remarkable. Any glitch was handled with immediate success! My closer called this morning saying that she had not received the paperwork for my loan. My call to Michelle corrected the problem immediately and the result was that I closed with almost no impact to my schedule today.   Donovan Jadpaya took over this mortgage application and process from another account representative and, until he took over, I was seriously considering canceling the entire process. However, he did an excellent job of salvaging the mortgage request and stewarding it through closing which occurred today, 7/24/2020.   Michelle Ambro was knowlegable and well versed in her ability to refinance our home. After two and a half months of frustration and the run around by Quicken loan.   This was the easiest process to refinance you could ever go through. Everyone was very professional and answered any questions we had.
