  Let me start this by saying I never ever ever write reviews but these guys deserve it. I want to give a big thank you to this team for taking big care of me and my wife on my refinance, especially Justin Shounia and Lance Ibrahim. Let me tell you that these people will be the first names off my head when needed to refer. I’m a very hard man to impress but I will admit, the way these two worked to ensure my loan was closed as fast, as clean, and as smooth as possible was impressive. If this doesn’t say enough, I’m looking forward to having Texana work a refinance on my loan every 6 months. Thank you again Justin, Lance, and the team of Texana!

  I cannot recommend Texana Bank enough. Matthew Kashat made our refinance as easy as possible. He helped us close our loan in TWO weeks. We didn’t feel like just another file number working with him, like other companies we have dealt with in the past. 100% recommend!

  Hands down the best company to work with. Spoke with Lance, who urged me to get another quote on my refinance. I am very glad I did! Their rate was almost a full point lower than what I was being offered with my previous mortgage lender!! Closed my loan in less than 3 weeks, and it was so seamless! If you’re even THINKING about refinancing, I definitely urge you to speak to Lance or someone else at Texana Bank!

  If you are a Veteran refinancing your mortgage, this is the place to work with. Lance (the sales director) was truly great to work with. He promised a lot, but delivered even more. He promised a quick and easy loan process, and it was true. He gave me a rate, and that is what I was locked at. We first spoke on Monday, April 26th, and signed initial loan documents on Tuesday the 27th. I closed on May 5th. 8 Days from start to finish, now saving over $245 per month. Thank you Texana Bank!!!!

  Lance was phenomenal to work with. He was so easy to get in contact with, and kept me informed throughout the whole refinance process. Since this was my first refinance, i was a bit confused, but Lance made sure i understood the whole process from start to finish. His customer service is the best i have ever received! From here on out, i will refer all of my friends and family to Lance and Lance only. Thank you for everything you did!

  I recently just bought a home through Texana bank and it was the best decision I have ever made. The process was very smooth and simple thanks to lance and John who were Very helpful through out the whole transaction. I couldn’t tell you how many lenders I’ve gone through and they all tried to take my money and charge me for hidden fees that I didn’t know about!!!! Not only did the Texana team help me save money on my house but they were honest with me. I would highly recommend you use them!!!!!

  I needed to refinance my house because of a terrible interest rate. I spoke to Lance and just did not bother shopping him. He was quick, effective and SUPER polite. Not only did he lower my interest rate, but I also have a new friend. He seemed like he genuinely cared for me, and you just don’t see that with sales people. Thank you Lance! Will definitely be letting people know all that you did for me!

  I needed a loan done smoothly and efficiently. I worked with two other companies before choosing Texana. They were EXCELLENT at getting my loan done quicker and cheaper than the others. Staff was professional and responsive. I will be coming back to Texana in the future.

  Can't recommend Richard Makdisi & Aaron Kozikowski enough. These two were quite the team to get our loan refinanced in record time. They made it simple and explained everything along the way. If you need to refinance - this is the place to call. Very, very happy with this refinance!!!
