  Always pleasant, prompt, professional and will go above and beyond to assist in anyway possible. I go here 3-5 times a month and I am delighted to engage with any associate in the building. Trustco is the BEST-O !!!

  Do yourself a favor and go to another branch... After being the only customer in the Orange City Trustco building, it still took Christina 10 minutes to acknowledge my presence. I was attempting to deposit 1 check and cash two (2 of which were in my name, the other in my significant other's). At my local branch in Altamonte, for several months now, it has never been an issue to deposit his checks once they are signed but this teller rudely told me she wouldn't do this. Although it was a bit irritating, I understood that they do not know me yet & perhaps their policies are different or they needed him present the first time to ensure it was ok. I asked them to contact the Altamonte branch to confirm my identity on which their manager replied that I should go then to Altamonte. While I was slightly annoyed, I was never rude, obscene, loud, or otherwise unruly. After Christina told me she wouldn't deposit his check I told her I would like to cash MY own checks written in my name. I had my DL but Christina blatantly refused to do this because she decided she wasn't serving me anymore and told me to leave! I have been banking with Trustco bank for about 15 years now, also have business and IRA accounts there, open equity line... but because of this nightmare experience, I was left with no spending money for the weekend. She had the audacity to be rude and not allow me access to MY OWN MONEY! Apparently they only serve people here that they know and like so if you have an accent like I do or not on "I know you list", beware.
