Truist Reviews

Interactive IDInc1Ever since the merger between BB&T and SunTrust happened the customer service took a serious nose dive. There were no notifications, emails or letters telling you once you activated your Truist Card that your SunTrust card would be deactivated immediately. In addition, you can't get anyone to pick up the phone to schedule an appointment with a branch manager. You can't just got in there and see a manager because they force you to schedule an appointment. Well if you don't pick up the phone, how can a business owner set up an appointment? Seriously frustrated working with this branch. I'm sure it's not easy on them with the merger but at least return a phone call or respond to emails. It's simple customer service 101!!

Christopher Kyle1Since the merger between SunTrust and BB&T, this bank has been EXTREMELY slow. No matter what time you go in, you will always wait at least 15 to 30 minutes. At first I gave them the benefit of a doubt, but it is NOT getting better. I make deposits here for my boss otherwise I wouldn't come here. I personally use Regions bank. They are similar minus the wait time.

Kurt Painter1They charge a ridiculous check cashing fee. I will never bank with SunTrust because of this. Look across the street before opening an account and you will find a better option with reasonable fees.

Sheila Watson5I’ve always had positive experiences at this branch. The employees are professional and go above and beyond to help you. They also have advanced ATM banking where you can speak onscreen to a banking professional 24/7.

nikki t5This bank has awesome employees, they go to great lengths to make sure you are satisfied. I had a problem with paying my bill and had to pending payments, the rep helped me sort it out and was more then happy to do so. They help return the money i had pending and pay my bill on spot while they were still on the phone for 20 mins, and figured out the problem and resolved it with me. Thank you suntrust members in ooltewah, the big thing is that im also not been living here long so im not a usual :)
