  Everytime I go to this particular Bank, Mrs. Stephanie is always so polite and makes me feel like I'm the only customer, she doesn't rush me or make me feel like I'm getting on her nerves which I probably am😀 but she never show it. She is very knowledgeable and always willing to go the extra mile. I'm so thankful for her, she always put a smile on me and my family's face, she is GREAT at what she do, and she does it well😀

  This is my family's favorite bank. We have accounts at other banks for other reasons, but the ooltewah branch of scenic community is the absolute best. The tellers Stephanie and Linda are amazing. They always great us as long time friends not clients. They always interact with us and talk about our kids and families. I have been with this bank for about 9 years and i have never had a bad experience. The other places we use i can not even come close to saying these se compliments or to be honest i cant give the other establishments any compliments or nice words.

  Love the staff at Ooltewah. Stephanie, Linda and Shirley are the best. They are always helpful and kind. Shirley helped me just recently with guiding me to the person to help with refinancing my mortgage. It was a success. The ladies are AWESOME!!!!!!!!!

  I've had an account with SCCU (formerly DCCU) for 30+ years. I have conducted business at the Hixson, East Brainerd and Ooltewah branches. I haven’t had a bad experience with any of the employees. Recently, I have been exclusively visiting the Ooltewah branch since it is closest to where I live now. The women (Stephanie, Linda, and Becca) have been great and a pleasure to do business with.

  I really appreciate Ms Stephanie she is always so helpful I remember her from East Brained Road it like she family She very enjoyable to talk to and I love the Smiley on my receipts I all ways leave with a Smile
