  I have been banking with this branch for over 10 years and all the staff are amazing. They are very professional and always ready to help. The service they provide is very efficient without any delays. I feel that all the staff at this branch go above and beyond to provide exceptional banking service that is catered towards your needs.

  Gretchen is always eager to help me manage my financial issues. She either has the answers or knows where to get them . She is very focused on customer service. Amy always has a welcoming attitude and is always eager to do whatever needs to be done in order to facilitate my banking needs. They make me wanna bank with them .

  We havre always had wonderful service from the staff at the Ooltewah branch of SouthEast Bank. They have always been very knowledgeable as well as willing to help. They have always been patient and friendly. Gretchen has proven to be the one employee who stands out from the rest in professionalism, competency and personality. She makes what is often confusing for me understandable and manages to do so with patience and humor.

  I have been here several times and all The employees here at this branch have great customer service, But The other day I was with Mital Patel and she was absolutely amazing , she is very engaging , friendly and handled my concern with a upmost sense of urgency.
