  I could not be more happy with my experience Advance Financial 247 Ooltewah. I applied through a third party website and received an offer within minutes. When I needed clarification on how the process worked I decided to call the location at which time Yerome assisted me. He was very polite and answered all my questions. He ensured that I had the necessary documentation before taking the one hour and thirty minute ride from GA. He followed up with me regarding updates and next step prior to my arrival. I could not have been more please with the service at this point. Thank you Yerome. During my day of pick up I met with Maddy once of the Managers who also had a recognition plaque on the wall. She was very polite and explained everything from my monthly payments to logging into my portal. We even connected on a personal level as we were born in the same state. Thank you both for making this an easy and hassle free process. I would recommend this location to anyone looking to receive a loan. The service was beyond impeccable and I’ll definitely use their service again when needed.

  Yerome was awesome! I drove from Atlanta and it took forever to get here approved but he stayed in there and didnt quit until i was satisfied i definitely appreciate these guys for the help !

  The exprience I had with Advance Financial was very easy and simple. Cassius and Tely at the Ootlewah branch made the process so simple. I drove two hours away for their help and they exceeded my expectations. I recommend anyone who just needs a little help not hesitate and reach out.

  I drove all the way from Cumming GA, this people from 24/7 are the nicest , professional as I never see it, the Manager of the Location in Ooltewah ,TN give a treatment like no other, they even allow me to use the bathroom witch is the most clean facility I ever see in my life and I'm a old man, they give you the money right the way if you complain with requirements , they are very organized and they tell you in advance that this is a very expensive loan...I guess people give they a bad review because they don't want pay back...and this is not right!This is legit company and they did everything what they promised me plus!
